Keith and JD greeted me with respect and allowed me to look without fast talking me and pressuring me to make a decision . I came in looking at one machine and left with another one :-) I absolutely love my new car and enjoyed my car buying experience .

I drove down from NJ unable to find a good used truck locally spoke with Keith over the phone he assured me the truck was worth the drive,and he was correct the best used truck I could find this is a great place with great people working there if when I'm ready to by another truck/car used I will come here again thank you all so much.

I got my Explorer and was very pleased with the customer service overall. Chis was so helpful at getting me exactly what I wanted and worked with me to get where I needed to be with my payments.

Very pleased with the service. Financing was in the range I wanted. I purchased alot of vehicles in the past and this was smooth and quick. Did not have to do alot of hassling Got what I expected. The vehicle was used, had excellent milage for the year and the car was detailed and looked brand new. I did not expect to see a used car in this great condition. I would recomend this to others.

I called Auto Showcase looking for a SUV. I got a salesman by the name of Keith Bagwell, who met at another dealership lot to show the vehicle. Well, I wasn't set on that vehicle, so I continued shopping around. A few days later, I called Keith and asked about another car and he said he thought he had a vehicle I would be interested in. He came to my house, pick me up and drove me to the dealership in Fallston. Well, he was right, it was a great choice. While I had a few minor problems with the car after I drove away, he was on target with getting things straight. If your looking to buy a car, I suggest you contact Mr. Bagwell, you won't be dissappointed. He was on point, not pushy or demanding. Listens to what you you're looking for and how much you are willing to pay. Thanks Mr Bagwell and the other sales and service persons at Auto Showcase!

My husband and I went to the showroom to look for a truck. Clarence was our salesman and from the second we walked in we felt welcome. Everyone was nice and friendly there was no pressure. JD was great as well and helped us with the financial. We will be back very soon to buy my daughter her first car. She already has been"stalking" their website and we are going to keep checking their inventory to find the one she wants.

The showroom was gorgeous and even has a Lamborghini, Bentley and Ferrari in the front of the showroom. Well, I was told the bank gave me a payment of $500 to work with and they showed me a range of cars they selected from BMW the things I said I needed. I looked at multiple cars. It came down to a 2009 Cadillac CTS and a 2008 5 series..the Black Caddy won. What a hot car! Thanks to Dan and his managers for all the hard work on my deal...it took a couple hours due to my credit issues but man it was worth it. Thanks guys...I love my ride!!

I had some rough patches in my credit history and I was scared that I'd be given the run around or be forced to buy a car that I did not want. I wanted options not just this car or that one. I called ahead after checking out their website and spoke with Dan. He assured me I would have choices and that they were very used to handling people with credit issues. I make a good income but didn't have much money down and again I was assured that I would be made happy...Hmmm... needless to say I wasn't sure. Well, go figure...Dan was a pleasure to work with and man do they have some nice cars there!
