They are really good to their customers. They help me pick out a nice washer & dryer set. I couldn't complain with the price either.

Their service is great. I came here just last week to buy a washer. I picked out a nice maytag one and it works very well for a used washer and I got it for a reasonable price. The sales person was very polite too. I recommend this place to anyone looking for working appliances at a lower price.

If you see this company, RUN in the opposite direction! One year warranty MEANS NOTHING to them. The staff doesn't understand how to run a business. They seldom, if ever, answer the phone. The front desk lady screens their calls -- I saw the lady at the front desk do it twice while I was standing there. I tried to laugh it off by making a joke about it and she said "they'll call back." Completely unprofessional.



We bought a freezer that lasted 13 days. It arrived very late in the evening and it was wet from having been just washed off. They did nothing to repair scratches as they said they would and there were shelves missing which we were told would be installed before delivery. This was a bumpy start but we handled it.



When it broke down, after 13 days and after calling them for a week straight, they would not send out a repairman until AFTER I drove the 27 miles back to their business to find out why I was getting the run around. After seeing that front desk lady (Aleia or Aleisha) screen those calls and not answer, I knew what was going on. When I asked about my scheduled repair that never happened, I was given an excuse. When I asked about them honoring their one (1) year warranty, I was given an excuse. Unfortunately, the staff at this company has more excuses than a porcupine has quills. They are very difficult to do business with so I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. Then I went and purchased a new freezer, from the furniture store, at Ft. Bragg like I should have done in the first place -- another lesson learned while in the front lean and rest!



Please, save yourself some trouble and stay away from this business!

Stay away from here. They don't do refunds and deliver broken items but never come to fix them. Warranty doesn't mean a thing.

I have felt with this company on 2 seperate occations and they never show up to fix something after you buy it even if you are still in their warrenty. They came to fix a fridge of mine it worked for one day then broke again and they will not come back to fix it. They keep saying they will but its been over 3 weeks with not so.much as a phone call! They are a rip off do not go there!

I purchased a washer and dryer from this place. The items not only work great, the price was a steal. They offer a 90 days warranty which is reasonable for used products and the owner was extremelly helpful. They have a great selection. I would definitely recommend this place.

This was my first time in this appliance store and I walked out knowing that I would be back to purchase. Everyone was very very pleasant and wanted me to be able to leave with the dryer I needed and to be happy with it. The manager was more than willing to work with me so that I could purchase the dryer that I wanted. Would and will recommend to everyone to come in here and look around before going anywhere else. This is the place to buy a used appliance from everyone is great here.

To condense, Bragg Used Appliance is superior not just because of their prices, not just because of their product, not even just because of how pleasurable it was to work with them... Bragg Used Applaince is great because it's a rare business that will continue to provide great service for you even after it is that you've already payed, and I, quite honestly, would recommend them to any of my friends and family.

Do yourself a favor.. CALL KRB INSTEAD!

Here is my experience with Bragg Used App:

I called to have my washer looked at and was told someone would call to schedule an appointment for the next day. No call... I called the next day and was told that they would call sometime that day. Again No Call... Next day was told they would be out on Saturday. No Call.... Guess what, same thing monday and the next day.. Finally called KRB and they came out 3 hours after I called and fixed it same day!

I purchased a fridge from them on a Wednesday, took it home & it did NOT work!!! I was told someone would be out to fix it the next day, NOBODY showed, called again the next day and was told someone would be out that day, NOBODY showed! I called again the 3rd day and was told the same lie as the 2 days before, NOBODY has yet to show, I'm fighting to get my money back from this place....DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!

Im a pretty picky consumer I confess, I'm constantly looking for the best deal possible... so naturally I compare prices and quality. I came across Bragg Used Appliance when I was surfing the net after my washer stopped working... The darn thing stopped working after all bills were paid and my funds were a little low...Bragg gave me the best deal in town and superb customer service along with it... I'm the proud owner like new used washer from Bragg Used Appliance and it works great!!! From another satisfied customer... Keep up the good work.

When i read some of the things that these people write it really gets me upset. When i was looking for appliances, i had gone to so many other businesses and when i found bragg used appliances it was exactly what i was looking for. not only did the entire staff help me out they were so kind from the minute i walked in. there was no pressure, they didn't need to convince me i found exactly what i was looking for right away. and to top it off they walked me through the entire process, there was nothing hidden at all.bragg used appliances has my vote 100% thank you for everything

The fridge is under warranty and the repair guy came after waiting alllll day.. Really.. After 7pm to FIX it.. How can you test it with no water? So water is on and ice maker spews and overflows.. Great job! NOT.. Hopefully they will own up to the repair and the service agreement and FIX IT...

My grandaughter needed a washer and I wanted to help. I m on a fixed income, so I went to Bragg Used Appliances. I found a washer for a very good price. The staff was friendly and understanding. I needed them to deliver ASAP and they did. Great place to shop a good product for a low price.

My dryer stopped working followed by my washer 2 days later. Purchasing new appliances was definitely not in my budget. I went to Bragg Used Appliances and it was the best decision I could have made. The washer and dryer look new and work perfectly fine! The staff was very polite and worked with me. They helped me find what I wanted within my budget. I will definitely tell everyone I know about them.

We purchased 2 refrigerators from them and non of them worked longer then 5 months. First one purchase went out in 2 days it was replaced with one that was full of roaches, 3rd one went out in 4 months. They gave us a frige for another rental that went out on day 1 and again in a week, after they said they fixed it. They tore up the floor when we sent it back and they gave us a signed credit for $300.00 when we needed another frig. they refused to honor the credit the owner told us he was not going to do anything, after a lot of talking he said "here is $200.00 get out of my store I do not need your business because I make so much money your business is not needed" BAD NEWS do not purchase from this place.
