It was impressed that I got to speak with the service manager himself about my concern and they really got my car done quick. I plan on doing all of my oil changes and brakes and stuff at Lasco now that I am on the rewards program and they showed me how easy it is to get free money to spend in service.

A pleasure to deal with! The friendly fun enviroment will keep me coming back to keep buying Fords and support the U.S.A!

I tried to purchase a vehicle from them but couldn't reach an agreement. We disagreed over the value of my trade-in. They were 40% low on my trade. I made a deal down the street where they gave me the value I was looking for. One week later Lasco called me and wanted to offer me more for my trade.

Thanks to annie and lasco ford managers i drove 2 hrs for a volvo and save $4,000 compared to my local volvo dealer. Well worth the trip and a great vehicle thanks again

Aweful!!!!! They sold us a used vehicle that had problems with it, that we did not discover until we drove it home. The dealership said "too bad!" Even though it would have cost them a lot less to fix the problem than it did us. Even though it was an existing problem. Even though I contacted them the day we drove it home!!!!! I realize it was a used vehicle and they are sold "as is", but they handled the situation very poorly. We were basically told to get lost.



The used sales manager told us "if we wanted a car without problems we should have bought a new one" How is that for customer service!
