They offer complete management and take care of everything from tenant verification to maintenance. I love the accurate statements I get every month and they put it all in an easy time digest form.

A no hassle company, I moved into a nice clean home, they were very professional.

I have been pleased and satisfied with every aspect of the Bryant companies work. They do so much that I could not imagine taking on the responsibility myself. Thanks for everything.

Although I do not have experience renting from The Bryant Company, it is because of the excellent maintenance, Doug's personal advise and interest, I was very pleased with the proceedings surrounding the sale of my condominium. I thank the Bryant Company for the past 5 years of quality service, personal interest and assistance. I highly recommend your service to all prospective buyers and property owners.

I personally have been so happy with the work of The Bryant Co. that I have welcomed reference calls to myself, so that I can share my experience with prospective clients. To say they give good service is an understatement. Superior service is a better description for the type of service I have had. They have made owning an investment property effortless because of their exceptional organization and responsibility when it comes to my property.

Very incompetent and unprofessional. Long story short:



1) Condo was trashed (walls marked up and banged up with holes and kitchen dirty) when I moved in. Nothing was painted or cleaned as promised. I made the mistake of not requesting a walk through before I moved in. Made several calls and emails and no messages were returned.

2) GirlFriend moved down from Ft. Wayne. She went down and filled out a credit as required by BC (didn't know why since I qualified by myself). Found out they did not run her credit and just deposited her check. Several emails and calls again, with no response. Never added to the lease.

3) After staying for another year and dealing only with the owner and not BC, we moved out. I was sent a security deposit check which was altered (they put white out over the date and wrote it in on a typed check). Chase told me they would not even take the check. So I sent three emails and on the third one Beatty (property manager) reponded back stating a new check would go out.. Nothing ever showed up. After 2 months of sending emails and leaving voicemails. I filed a lawsuit against them in Hamilton County. Two days before the court date, their attorney contacted me and settled for everything I asked for. It was like they were just waiting to see if I would take them to court.



Bad managment and unprofessional people. Do not use this company. Craigslist will deliver what your looking for better then this leasing company.



Please also keep in mind after mostly all bad reviews on Yahoo, YP and several others, good reviews started showing up. It seems like all reviews are from owners. I do believe this is employees of The Bryant Company since every different site has the same review but mostly with different names giving the reviews. Also, not one renter has given a good review. It kind of tells you something. ALSO check out there BBB rating. :)

This staff was able to keep my property leased at all times, collecting rent on time and paying our expenses as needed. They also provided monthly income and expense reconciliations. They have kept up a good relationship with my tenants, which helps the tenants stay motivated to maintain my property in good condition. The Bryant Co. is highly recommended in my book.

During the last 7 years that I have dealt with The Bryant Co. I have never had one complaint. They were always very professional. I received my rent checks in a timely manner. Reports, inspection, and year-end were very concise and to the point.

I just wanted you to know how grateful I am for the way your company has managed my property in Carmel over the past few years. If I ever have another property in the Indianapolis area, The Bryant Company will manage it.

For the benefit of anyone who is interested, we want to acknowledge for the record the superior quality of the services performed by the Bryant company while managing our property. We have been with them for over 7 years. They took care of everything.
