As a first time patient I was very pleased and satisfied with the doctor and staff. The nurses were friendly and inviting and also extremely knowledgeable about the subject matter. Dr. Decker took the time to explain and educate me on my condition and fully enabled and enpowered me to make a educated deicision as to what my next steps should be. In closing I would fully recommend Dr. Decker and the entire staff here to anyone seeking medical assist with the hand, wrist, ankle and foot. I am a 100 percent referencable pateint. Thank you.

Each visit seemed to be different, the first was great when he agreed to schedule surgery within a few days of my car accident. However, the next two visits seemed extremely rushed and I was still confused on how to go about the PT or OT consult, this was unclear and the medical assistant at my third visit had extremely bad bedside manner. Dr. Decker was great for my final visit I appreciate him explaining everything thoroughly so we were on the same page this time.

I cannot say enough good things about Dr Decker. He was attentive and clear with information and direction. The staff was respectful and efficient. The facilities very clean and comfortable. I am very glad to live in the community served by HMC.
