Not only was I able to rent a car with style I also received excellent service much better than Miami Airport

I like Enterprise and always try to use them, but at the Ft. Lauderdale airport I got sticker shock. I was upgraded, which was nice, but the fees are out of control. Rental car facility charge $31.60, Florida surcharge $16, Concession recoup fee $17.47, vehicle license fee $4.56, tire and battery fee .16, then tax $18.67...plus I was overcharged for fuel...when I called customer service the lady did reimburse me for the fuel overcharge of about $39. READ THE FINE PRINT AND ASK QUESTIONS!

My experience with Enterprise has been exceptional.They are friendly, very knowledgeable, and exceeds my expectations in customer care. I am and will always be a loyal customer because of their service.

Rented a car at the Fort Lauderdale airport. I expected to be given a parking space number to find my car and proceed to exit. I was surprised to see a group of employees with iPads in the garage waiting for me. I was greeted and told that "Mark" would show me to my car. I did not expect, or appreciate, the round about walk to my car, or the upgrade sales pitch I received during that time. (which explains the roundabout walk to the car - more time to upsell me). I was also given a Nissan Versa - not the intermediate or full size car I reserved. A versa is considered Compact. This was totally inappropriate, unappreciated, and annoying, especially after a long day of traveling. This experience is making me reconsider my reservation in Tampa later this month.

Very friendly without being too pushy. From check-in to departure was quick and easy using the kiosk. Price was the same as quoted when booked.

Great service and they made it easy to reserve a car on online and in person. I do have an issue with the cost as the price was advertised as to being 75.00 per day. with pick up and drop off, however it cost me over 500.00 for 3 days rental. But the van's were great and the staff was awesome!!

Horrible!!!! I rented a car that was already damaged and it was noted on my receipt that it was damaged but I get a call from claims asking me to pay for it ....WTF!!!!, ! So lucky I kept my receipt else they would have pinned it on me

Great experience this trip. I had a problem in June, and they went out of their way to be certain I was happy with all aspects of this trip. This time I had a great car and the price was right. Can't really blame them for someone having smoked excessively in the prior car,. In the heat it got worse by the day. When I returned it, they took it for a clean-up immediately and refunded 1/2 of my cost. You can't go wrong with that. I will be back.

Excellent staff, speedy service, no need to go elsewhere ever! I wish the staff was able to buy fuel for the same price customers get when it is prepaid. Please consider this as a small perk for your valued employees.

Great place to get a car! No wait. Staff pleasant and knowledgeable. Car clean with very low miles. Quick pickup and drop off. Price as stated. I've used this location twice... December 2014 and May 2015. Both times had no problems. Truly stress free!

Excellent check in and customer service experience. Car was low mileage and well maintained. Only downside is Ft Lauderdale Rental car center and shuttle which is not Enterprise fault. Never disappointed with Enterprise.

THE BEST!! We reserved a car on line when we arrived it only took about 3 minutes to check in and we were driving a 2014 Ford Mustang Convertible. We don't even look at other rental companies. Keep up the good work Enterprise!!
