We were very happy during our three-week stay. The rooms had no bugs (well, a few flies). There were no "unsavory" people hanging around so you felt very secure. There were no in-and-out cars doing drug deals. The rooms were veryu clean and comfortable, with plenty of towels and pillows. A/c unit worked well in 100'+ weather. We would both recommend and stay again.

We needed two rooms and they only had one so my friend went elsewhere. My room was only $40 and by far lots better than his. I had a nice desk to spread out on and my wireless was extremely fast. The room was very clean and the showerhead had great pressure and was a massage head and I felt clean and revigorated. The refrigerator was clean and cold. All-in-all I had a great stay,, my friend, not-so-much.

My husband travels for a living and I go with him whenever possible. We called and were told they were full, but when we arrived the party who had planned to stay for a week checked out early so we got the Indian Room. It was so clean and nicely decorated. We travel with our dog so we were lucky to get a "pet friendly" room. We have traveled border-to-border and coast-to-coast so believe me, we know the inside of a motel. this room was by far the cleanest and most homey we have found.

To: Nana Sand ([email protected]) I have been to Fort Morgan many times and love this park. The privacy fences make it seem like home. And I often forget to lock my place because it is so safe here. The water pressure and power never fluctuate. The only problem I ever have is sometimes the internet is slow, but I just plug into the cat-5 and I am fine. There is another park in town but I recommend you stay here.

Our daughter lives in Fort Morgan and found this place by accident. We had stayed several times at another park in town but are so glad we found this one. We feel so secure with the lighting and security. The privacy fences really make a difference for us. It is in the country so you see the corn grow and smell the fresh air. Check here before you stay anywhere else. You will be glad you did.

This is my third time to stay in this park. I especially like the privacy fences and picnic tables so I can sit outside and have my coffee in peace early in the morning. There is another park in town but if I can't stay here, I will adjust my schedule. Three great stays says it all.

I got the last room, the Indian Room and had a great stay. The bed was not lumpy and the pillows were just right. I stayed from Monday to Friday and had great friendly service from teh staff, plenty of hot water, soft oversized towels, and all-in-all an above average stay for only $40 per night.

We had only planned to stay for the night but ended up staying three extra days. The park was clean and well maintained, we especially liked the privacy fences. The staff was wonderful and knowledgable about the area and things to do while there, recommeding the local museum. The water pressure was steady even though the park area was full and the water tasted wonderful and not full of chemicals. We had a wonderful visit with a gentleman who has stayed in this park many years.

We arrived about 2:00 am and left at 8:00 am so did not have a chance to use all the ammenities, but they were wonderful. A fully stocked kitchen was a wonderful feature. The bathroom was immaculate with plenty of fresh thick towels. The bedroom was so clean and fresh smelling we fell right to sleep. The livingroom made you feel like you were in a guesthouse not a motel. For $45 this place was an exceptional value.

We stayed here on our way west to CA and again going home to Indianna. We had two different rooms and both were excellent. Clean, quiet, and cheap. We make this trek twice a year to see grandchilden and will set the GPS from now on, as this is OUR motel.

I had to wait for my house to be finished so I stayed there (almost 6 months). The cost was only $225 a week and that includes internet and cable tv, If I had found this place first may have skipped buying. I had Room 111 which is a suite, actually an apartment. It is fully furnished and has a complete kitchen. I highly recommend if you are coming to the area.

I was ahead of schedule to drop my load at Excel so I had to get a room. The place was so wonderful I plan my trips so if I have to stay overnight this is the place. I had a suite so I was able to watch tv in the living room and not lay on the bed all day. The kitchenette had everything I needed or wanted so I was able to eat there instead of a restaurant. I will recommend this motel to the others at the loading dock.

We usually stay at Best Western but the one in town closed down and we saw the reviews and decided to give this motel a try. The staff was wonderful telling us things to do and see in the area and where to eat (Cables). The room was all the reviews say and more and the price was a lot less than Best Western at only $45 for a suite. I am going to try out other smaller motels from now on and save.

We had the opportunity to use both the rooms and the RV Park for a family reunion. My cousin made the arrangements and they were awesome. We stayed in the room and it was like a cabin, or someone's home, not like a motel at all. The room smelled fresh and the bathroom was immaculate and so cute with the wall decorations. My kids stayed in the RV Park and loved to be able to take a cup of coffee onto the picnic table and relax. I am sure next reunion more family will stay there because no ther motel had as nice accomodations.

I was too tired toi keep driving so my dog and I stopped there for the night and the room was beautiful and it was decorated in fish and my dog and I like to fish. The bed was comfortable and the sheets were clean and the shower had a massage head and lots of hot water. When my dog and me come back I hope we can stop here again because we really liked the room.

What first drew me to the place was the privacy fences and how clean the areas were. The grass was manicured and the lots were clean and ready to move in close but seperated by the fences. I stayed almost a year. When I first came, I found a quarter on the gravel and placed it on my picnic table that comes with the space. When I left, that same quarter was still on the table. If that is not safe and secure I don't know what is. No kids crying, no barking dogs, no noise. Perfect place to stay.

I stayed here for 1 1/2 yrs. The park is always clean and quiet. I would leave for days at a time and never had any problems with my camper, nothing was ever messed with, and my space was perfect with teh picnic table to relax on at night after work. Power was always good, water pressure great, and with the fences aound each place it felt like you really have your own space. I loved it and have told the powers that be that if I can't stay at this park I do not want to go to the area.
