This car wash was horrible!!!!The managers/staff are a joke and they hit on anything that walks, I would not reccommened anyone go there. Not to mention when I left my car still had bugs and dirt all over it.

My rating instead of 1 thumb up should be 5 thumbs down. I have never been treated with such disrespect in any business. I will drive 10 extra miles if needed before going here again. I paid for a car wash and debugging. When I nicely pointed out that I still had bugs on my windshield and the back of my car still had a layer of dust, an employee yelled in my face and when I spoke to the general manager about it. The response was he was not there to hear the altracation and the customer is "not" always right. All it would have taken is less than a minute to take a damp towel and wipe off the back of my car and clean the bugs on the windshield. Instead they have an irate customer who will never go back.

I sent my daughter in with a 50% off coupon, well they showed that she gave them the coupon on their receipt but they didn't give here the discount--they charged full price. I went back the next day to show them what happened and they said they would give me a credit for my next wash (didn't say they were sorry about it...nothing) I said I wanted the cash back, not a credit. They called out the owner and what a jerk this guy is. He only cares about himself and how LOUD!! he can yell at a customer in front of his employees.........I will never go back. By the way, I held my ground and finally got my 50% back.

This place is a joke. I can get a better wash from the kids on the street corner. WHAT A RIP OFF!!

These guys are great, they paid attention to all the fine points, and took great care of my BWM. They cleaned every spoke of the wheels, I don' think it has looked that good since I bought it last year.

I recently used the detail car cleaning option of this business and had a friendly staff that paid attention to my requests. The areas that I wanted to focus on where taken care of. It was not the least expensive option they provided but well worth the investment. I would recommend this business.

I will never return!! The owner is his own worst enemy - worst business man I've ever met. During the car wash the cover for the sapre fell off and the kid driving it out of the wash didn't realize it was dragging under the car so of course it became scratched. They offered to repair and we called day after day to find out when it was ready but owner never had an answer and never called to follow up or give us information. When I finally went back after almost 3 weeks, he yelled at me informing me he was doing me a favor!! He was jumping around, yelling for all to hear and clearly had no intention of resolving the problem When I finally told him he was the idiot, he proceded to give me Webster's definition so therefore he really wasn't.... what a JERK!!!!

DO NOT USE THIS CAR WASH!!!! We were on vacation and decided to go get our car washed for $14.00. The guys put a ticket on our car and when it was done used a razor to get the ticket off, and ripped the tint on my car. We then had to call make an appt to get the tint fix and spend another day of vaca on the car. After going to get the money from King's for the tint we were told we could get the car detailed too. After it was done 6 hrs later we were told we had to pay $106 for the detailing, REALLY! We then called the owner John Hamill who was rude and unhelpful and told my fiance he still had to pay $50. Well we went in for $14 two days later left having to get time and get new tint and pay $50 more. What a joke! Don't use this place unless you want to be ripped off!
