I could go on and on about how terrible our experience was with this Law firm. Lots of empty promises and poor delivery of services. This was a trickle down from the attorney to the office staff. I mean not even telling us dates we had to appear in court??!! Unreal....Stay Away!!!

The Mccreary law firm is where you need to go if you are in trouble. My friend referred me and told me that they treat you like a family in there. So true!!! Terry is the best. Terry was absolutely the most communicative lawyer I have ever encountered; I was always able to reach him and his assistant sanieh one way or another. With impressive skills, analytical ability and years of experience enables him to provide thoughtful, thorough, and, most importantly, practical legal advice regarding a wide variety of benefit law issues. He listens carefully to client questions and comments and he responds quickly and clearly with analysis and advice aimed directly at the issue, and a wonderful down to earth person to speak to, as well as being tough enough to get things done. His professionalism, humanity and understanding were beyond what I could ever hope for. He was able to see right thru the lying accuser and was able to free us from the false accusation. Also in another case Terry did a tremendous job in advising & helping us thru an extremely difficult time for me and my family. Terry was always accessible & he gave us an enormous sense of security about our case. With Terry’s help our charges were dropped, which could have been a potentially long prison term but the evidence was lacking. I couldn't ask for a better firm and lawyer, simply the Best. I would recommend Terry to everyone and fir sure he will also be the first person I contact for any further needs. There are a lot of people who are charged with crimes that think that just because you hire a paid lawyer that the charges are magically going to disappear since you paid the lawyer some money. There are some people who are involved in child custody matters that think that just because they hire a competent lawyer, that the Judge is definitely going to take your side. I have worked with Terry, and I find him to be professional, truthful, and honest. Nothing in the law gets done quickly. I would tell anyone who has a family law or criminal case pending that giving Terry a shot would be a good decision for their legal issue.

I hired Mr. Terry McCreary for a DUI case. He told me that I had a "good chance if the judge sees things my way." he never filed a motion. His secretary was constantly calling asking for money. For what? You haven't done anything! I ended up having to plead guilty, when I wasn't even drunk. Unbelievable.

Well where shall I start? I have been dealing with family court over the past few years and I know what good legal representation is. Mc Reary Law firm is definitely not on that list. I would try to maintain communication with the attorney and I would be completely ignored! I would literally not get a response after several emails and a couple of weeks had passed. Although the legal system does work fairly slow, there is not any good reason for an attorney to completely blow off a client. I would never, ever consider recommending this law office to anyone nor would I ever retain them again.

I hired Terry McCreary on a criminal case for my daughter. He assured me that he would be able to help me and get the best resolution for my daughter and he did! Hopefully I will not need to seek a criminal attorney again but if so I will not think twice about an attorney. Terry McCreary will always be my only choice. He is great at what he does.

BEST CRIMINAL DEFENSE ATTORNEY IN TOWN!!!!!, Terry McCreary handled a criminal case of mine. When I spoke to other attorneys they told me I would most likely do some jail time. When I met with Mr. McCreary he assured me I would not go to jail even though my case did not look very promising. It took some time but I didn't. I am so happy I went with Terry McCreary as my lawyer. I can truly say he is the best attorney out there.

I used this firm for my case and was very disappointed in my outcome. The girl in the office is very rude and not helpful at all. It is sad that she is the first impression on this firm. I would not use this firm ever again nor would I recommend them.

I was pulled over by the sheriff's office for an expired tag, the officer believed I was under the influence and arrested me for DUI. When they searched my car they allegedly found some "drug paraphernalia", so I was looking at even more charges. I called The McCreary Law Firm and scheduled an appointment. Mr. McCreary met with me personally and explained how he could represent me for my DUI and drug crime charges. Without going into too much detail, I was very happy with the outcome and feel that the outcome would not have been as good if it wasn't for Mr. McCreary.Thank you to you and your team for your help. When I was arrested I hired a private attorney which cost me thousands of dollars. He never answered my calls or even emails. He told me that he would get my case dismissed if I just give him the money. I have never been in trouble before so I was clueless about how the court system works. A month later I was arrested due to not showing up to my court hearing. He got me out and said the clerk forgot to file my papers and everything will be fine here on out. A month after that another bench warrant was issued due to him again not showing up to my court date which I had no clue I had. I was then taken into custody. I had no bond. I then hired Terry McCreary after my family for nine whole days went to numerous lawyers who said it was IMPOSSIBLE for me to get out due to this being the second bench warrant issued for the same issue. McCreary did what no other lawyer could do...he got me a bond and I got out of jail. He is truely a blessing and a miracle worker. He does what noone can!

I would not suggest you work with this lawfirm. I called today and a female answered who was not able to make an appointment and giggled way too much for a professional; she also kept me on hold way too long and was not helpful. this lawfirm was recommended by a friend. I contacted that friend to tell them how my experience was going only to find out that he had already fired them! to make matters worse, i learned that mr okeefe is under investigation for mortgage fraud; his former partner is being invesitgated, as well. they took my friends money and i'm just happy i got out before they took mine. it seems they care more about their money than their clients. once i contacted another attorney's office, i reached a lawyer immediately and was able to discuss my case and proceed promtply. definitely would not recommend when you have so many other options.

the staff at this firm is very rude. they are constantly cancelling appointments and not following through. my son was arrested on a tghursday night. i called to get terry to go down there and get him out starting on friday at 8 am,and didn't get a call back until the following tuesday, despite paying over 800 dollars. i had to babysit my grandson instead of working and it was really hard. its all the assistants fault. i think her name was arianda, she had a thick accent
