When we were planning to remodel our shower a friend referred us to Brian. He was very courteous and thanked us for inviting him into our home to provide us with our options and estimates. When he met us at the tile store to pick out the tile he was very enthusiastic in helping us select the type of tile we preferred. I don't know who was more excited, Brian or my wife! Brian and his crew gutted the existing shower down to the studs, replaced the wallboard and shower pan and installed the new tile all in two days. We are extremely pleased with our beautiful new shower. Brian's helpers, Brian and Kyle were also extremely competent and professional. They told us that they wanted to maintain the reputation of Sunrise Remodeling being the best at what they do. You have our vote Brian!!

Brian did a Fantastic shower remodel for us. We waited soo long to have it done. I wish we would have had this done Years ago!!! He was great, we met at the tile store and he helped with everything. We did not have to do a thing except pick out the color. Great work.Thank you soo very much. We will be having our kitchen ceiling redone soon. We would not think of using anyone else. We had several estimates for remodeling our master bathroom. As we had leakage problems with our shower (causing the need to remodel), we felt very comfortable that the job was going to be done right after talking with Brian. We had a special request to finish the job within a week, and Brian, Kyle, and Brian made extra special efforts to make sure our deadline was met. Brian and his crew were always on time, polite, professional, and always cleaned up along the way. They made every effort to ensure our design wishes were met. The crew worked very well together; jovial and hard-working; a pleasure to have in your home. The end result is beautiful, functional, and operating perfectly! Thank you!

Wow!! That is how we choose to start out this review. We contacted Brian of Sunrise Remodeling to give us a quote for removing a cast iron tub, salvaging the existing tile and construct a new shower. The end result was absolutely BEAUTIFUL.Brian and his two assistants, Kyle and Brian, were very curtious, very careful, on time, spotless clean up...the whole job amazing! We wanted to remodel the master bath, and interviewed a couple of contractors, Brian had outstanding ideas for the project and we hired him, They came on time daily, covered the floors in the house, were very neat, and did a fantistic job. They face matched the corner tile cuts, and radius ground the edge tiles- very nice touch. We made a walk-in shower with a seat which is so nice. We really enjoyed Brian, he is so energetic and confident. Thanks for a great project, Fred & Annie

Sunrise Remodeling did a fantastic job on our kitchen. The crew showed up exactly when they were scheduled. They made sure they put down protective coverings on our flooring, which we really appreciated. The three man crew worked efficiently and quietly and completed the entire kitchen reface project in just under eight hours. I highly recommend this company for any remodeling needs.

Sunrise remodeled both of my bathrooms and I am the envy of all my friends. Brian was efficient, clean and has wonderful taste. I trusted his instincts for tile and color and what a beautiful job and would love to have him for any remodeling jobs I have in the future. Thank you Brian.

1st they remodeled our master bathroom. It was so beautiful we decided to remodel our spare bathroom. Brian and his 2 guys did an absolutely beautiful job. We decided to remodel our kitchen. he refaced all our cabinets and did another fantastic job. They are all honest and personable. They kept the house clean the whole entire project. Brian takes great pride in his work, as do his employees. It's like we have a brand new house!!!

I wanted a bathroom remodel. When so many people report scams and poor or unfinished work, choosing acontractor is a scary venture.I made an excellent choice in going with Sunrise Remodeling. Brian Dunn and his crew did an incredible job. We wanted a walk-in tub giving us more accessibility; Brian asked us to think in a different way. For detail. They went as far to tell me certain things should be changed so it was up to code and be safer for our children. I did not hesitate at all, I let them fix or replace whatever needed to be done. Lastly in closing you will also have the pleasure of meeting Brian's 2 helpers. They are both professional, respectful, and goes beyond for the customer. They both did extra work for me, I was pleased by the common courtesy they give the homeowner, let me just close by saying if your looking for a great reliable friendly contractor, I suggest you call Brian I promise you will not be disappointed. The transformation from ugly to beautiful I can't put into words. The craftsmanship and detail was gorgeous. If you go to his webpage the video is shown the job was completed March 17... My husband came home in May from overseas we met with Brian 2x we wanted our bathroom done, plus a whole remodel of our kitchen, dining room and living room. The 2 nd bathroom was completed the end of May. His knowledge and professionalism just drawed me back to him. I took the summer off and on August 15 my house took a turn that I was so shocked I felt like a stranger. The kitchen and living areas are amazing I went from having no kitchen to a something so huge, I get lost sometimes. :) he knows I love to bake and cook and it makes me so happy!! His electrician and plumber are A+ contractors, again an eye f

Brian Dunn of Sunrise Remodeling and his crew recently completely renovated my master bathroom. He assured me that it could be done in a week, from demolition to completion of the cabinet install and tile work, which included creating a new tiled shower. And it was. Brain and his team are efficient, courteous, neat, prompt and meticulous (and also very reasonably priced). I was at the house during the renovation and if they noticed me struggling to do something , they would jump in and help, from hanging drapes to moving furniture. Above and beyond and all with a smile. I wish I had another bathroom to redo.

Brian and his crew did a wonderful job on our master bath remodeling job. I contacted Brian and had a shower wall with a window built, travertine installed in the shower and shower floor and matching floor tile in the bathroom and toilet area. I love our bathroom and he did a great job. He showed up on time and him and his workers were very professional. Brian met us at the tile place and helped us pick out tile and answered any questions.; He got started on a Monday and was done on a Wednesday. The bathroom looks stunning and I'm so happy with the work he did. He is very professional, loves his work and I have to say is a perfectionist. The work him and his crew does is impectable. I would highly recommed him and will use him again in the future. I LOVE OUR BATHROOM. You can't go wrong using Sunrise Remodeling and there is no reason to look elsewhere, Brian is your guy for your remodeling job.

I have always wanted to remodel the kitchen and creative a more open floor plan that would allow us the opporutnity to entertain. We found Sunrise Remodeling from the areas better business bureau's website. From the moment we met Brian, we knew he was different from the other contractors. He was excited about the project and had great ideas to save us both money and construction time. We can honestly say that this project has been a real pleasure. Brian takes alot of pride in his work and has high integrity..... from showing up on time, being well prepared, having the final outcome far exceed our expectations and actually coming in under budget. Brian and his assistant Kyle did a fantastic job converting our guest bath into a full shower. They arrived promptly each morning and went right to work Brian offered many suggestions on the remodel and was great about working with our ideas. The clean each day was excellent and the work was completed in the time period quoted. We would use Sunrise Remodling in future projects and recommend you consider him for remodeling projects.

We bought a house in Cape Coral in March 2010 that had a major problem. There were two tubs but no showers, and we needed a walk-in shower. We contracted Brian to do the work when we were away, and he did a beautiful job for us. There was one minor problem with the border around the shower enclosure, and when this was pointed out he came back immediately and cheerfully fixed the problem. We feel lucky to have happened onto this great workman. 5 stars!
