So happy I took a chance one Sunday afternoon... I got out of my beater truck that was barely driveable and still owed money on, and was able to get into a new car. when I planned my budget I knew what I could afford monthly and thought id be driving a sentra, they told me an altima would be $10/mo more and I loved they were looking out for my happiness and not just my budget.

BAD!! HORRIBLE! AWFUL!! OBNOXIOUS!! NASTY SERVICE!!! More than one week after promising fix the A/C deliver my NISSAN VERSA 2012 NEW, they gave me it back but NOT WORKING!! How can it be? The day before they said they were testing the car!! OK, I leave the car there at the dealer and take a taxi home.. following day Manager TONY says that a stone went to the A/C. Car is under WARRANTY!! I have additional WARRANTY but that is also not valid!!! WHAT? Finally he suggests me call the Customer Service NISSAN who finally understood the BAD SERVICE!! Tony has the courage to say that to fix the A/C would cost me US$ 750 !!! (I purchased the car NEW, it is UNDER WARRANTY and purchased extended WARRANTY!!! RIDICULOUS!! Now the Customer Service will call me next week.. I keep on vacation without A/C but LUCKY to DO NOT LIVE in FORT MYERS as the Sutherlin Nissan of Ft Myers is making me think about selling and NEVER MORE buy a NISSAN!!! By the way, love my other car, a LEXUS!!! Maybe TOYOTA will be my 2nd car!!! Stay away from this DEALERSHIP if you can!!!

I have bought a couple car's from Leon and Leslie and they make it so easy. All I have to do is call either of them and they get me all the info and pricing on the car I am wanting. I dislike the whole car buying experience, but they make so easy I recommend all my friends and family to them. Thanks again to the best sales people I have ever dealt with.

I have never been to a dealer where they treated me like a queen. Being a senior citizen, they really made it a very easy experience for me. US Marin was very accommodating. I have referred my other friends to US Marin.

The worst dealer ever

If I could use integers, I would give dealer - 10(negative ten). I went to the Sutherlin Nissan today, and I would have like not been there. The way one of the dealers sales person made feel was awful. This morning I felt so happy because I've been saving money for quite long to buy me a car. I heardan add on the radio that caugth my eye. The add was about a new Nissan Altima for just 14900 with 3000 thousand down. Well I saidto myself I have 17000 this will do it. However when I got there I encountered the nastiest and rudest sales person that I have ever seen. This person made feel that my money was not good because every time that I wanted to make a deal, he told me you little money can not buy that. Moreover all that I have left were the bad choices as I was trold by him. When I went home, I felt chip, I felt that all this year and efforts were in bain. I did not received or percived any help whatsoever buy this sales representative. what can I do to prevent this digusting incident happening to somebody else? the way I feel and the way I was treated is not the way you should feel when you go to a dealer or to any place else. Please help me and give me your oppinion about this matter.

Bad Experience

I am a single mother of 3 and was in need of a vehicle. I chose to go to Sutherlin Nissan because my aunt/uncle and a cousin had purchased vehicles from them. I thought they would be honest and helpful.

Boy, was I ever wrong...... Please be careful when dealing with this company. I asked if the vehicle I was about to purchase had ever had any auto body work done to it and I was told NO. I only know to ask this sort of thing because I work in the industry.

Be aware that all accidents do not show up on the reports they show you.. They took advantage of me.. After purchasing the vehicle I met up with my children’s father and he said that the entire drivers side of the car had body work done on it.(he has been in the auto body industry for 25 years.) The driver side door window does not work properly, the interior dome light doesn't work half the time, there is an aftermarket headlight, and water in the tail lamp. And they said there was no body work done to the vehicle..

I have been trying to work with them to take the car back because they committed FRAUD but as of today I have not been able to resolve anything with them. They said I could trade the car in for another but they were going to sock all the fees on me a second time and then they said they would just resell my vehicle. Do you think they will tell anyone that there had been bodywork done on the vehicle now? I think not!!!!!

Please be aware when dealing with this company they are not truthful !!!!!!
