Pryor to calling A/C Service and Repairs we had no idea what company to choose. Our A/C went out late Friday evening and we were sure we would have to wait until Monday to have anyone come out to service it. At first we were comparing companies in the Better Business Bureau website along with those listed on the yellow pages website. We chose to give A/C Service and Repairs Co. over the BBB companies because we felt that reviews like these were indeed genuine and not paid for. After placing a call to A/C Service and Repairs Co., we had received a call back within the hour. Russ informed us that Ryan would be coming out. We were extremely satisfied with the professionalism, prompt service, and thoroughness of both Russ and Ryan and will recommend them to all our friends and family. Our AC is up and running again on a Saturday without a hit on the wallet and best of all, we know that we made the right choice and have found a company that we will continue to use. Thanks again Russ and Ryan.

These guys are pros. Russ and his guys do it right and explain why they are doing things as they go along. They repaired little things that other servicemen did wrong. Russ has high standards wanted to make everything just right before he left. These are the guys you want in your house when your A/C isn't working.

A/C Servive & Repairs came out and did a complete change out for me. Russ, Ryon and Justin are true Craftsmen, the kind you don't find anymore. They take extreme pride in what they do and they do it quite well. I now have a high quality a/c & heating system, with a top notch installation that i wont have to worry about for years to come.

They were very nice guys. They explained everything they were doing.

Russ came by the same day I called. It was 90 in our house. Russ cleaned the outside unit and replaced parts that were badly rusted. It still wasn't cool. Next day Ryon and Justin took took our coil and cleaned it at the car wash. They gave me filters for a year. Charges were exactly as discussed and reasonable. To my surprise, Russ called later that day to find out if the unit was cooling. Thank You! We are now cool!

OMG so hot last night with no air. Hubby called AC Service and repair.. out here by 9:45 and fixed my Air unit.. Needed a new motor. The friendliest men Ryon and Justin... AMAZING .. I couldn't ask for two better men than them.. VERY friendly.. Thank you both Guys.. Ryon's Dad you did good...

This past week we contracted with A/C Service & Repairs Co. for a completely new air conditioning and heating system. After taking bids, from a total of five companies, it was easy to select Russ Allen and his son, Ryan. From the first phone call to the last detail, Russ, Ryan, and their employee, Justin, were exceptional. They helped us understand our needs, offered us options, and completed everything and more that was agreed upon. We can see why Russ and his company came highly recommended. They have certainly earned our trust for future business.

AC Service & Repair recently replaced my entire heat pump unit and the service was great. This was a big job but they went above and beyond to make sure that everything was perfect. And after all the work was done they cleaned up so that the only way you would have known they were there was the new thermostat on the wall. Before they left they were sure to explain the operation of the system to me, and even made sure the settings on the thermostat were just as I wanted them so I didn't need to do anything. Very pleased, would recommend them to anyone!

I recently had a complete Heating and A/C system replacement for my older home.

I decided to call A/C Service and Repairs Co. because they're a small family-run business.

I had used them several years earlier for a repair job on my older A/C unit and was impressed with

their neat appearance, politeness,honesty and fair price.

When I called their number, Russ himself returned my call and he and his son Ryon came out

to look over the system. Russ gave me a fair estimate for a complete system replacement.

Together we discussed my options and I decided on American Standard's

Allegiance 20 (seer) 4 ton air unit and Freedom 95 Comfort-R variable speed furnace

with the AccuClean Air Filtration System. Russ also enlightened me about the government's

residential energy efficient property credit which this system qualified for.

Russ, Ryon and their helper Justin arrived at my home on time and worked tirelessly throughout the day.

The job entailed more work than was originally anticipated, and took a little more than 2 days to complete.

It including sheetrock & carpentry expertise as well as crawling around under the house, in the attic and on the roof.

Yet they stayed true to the original estimate. I got a few extras I didn't count on including a new digital,

programmable thermostat with touch screen and even a repair to my sagging wood fence.(that was a complete surprise)

At the end of each day, a thorough vacuuming was done and the house was left neat and clean.

I was instructed on how to use the system, and how to perform easy preventative maintenance.

When the inspector came out the next day, he smiled and said you don't see this kind of superior workmanship everyday. All in all, I rate this company above exceptional and will definately recommend it to my family, friends and neighbors.

I bought my house and I've done quite a bit of remodeling work to it. I've had my fair share of contractors in and out of the house, and A/C Service & Repairs Co has been the most professional and honest of them all. They replaced a 32 year old unit and had to do some modification that wasn't included in their bid. However, they did not charge me any extra and kept their promise to the original bid. I also received several other A/C bids from other contractors, but none of them wanted to add any "extras" that were necessary to get the electrical and AC connections up to date.



You can trust these guys and I had no problem leaving them in my house alone while I went to work. They finished the job in one day and worked around my schedule to get everything done. I never write reviews but this excellent service from A/C Service & Repairs Co warrants such effort. You have to consider A/C Service & Repairs Co for all of your HVAC needs.

Russ Allen and his son Ryan are top notch all the way. They gave our old system a thorough check this past summer and made emergency repairs to get us through a hot spell. FOR FREE BTW. Then Russ explained that our system was in need of complete replacement and wrote an estimate. We talked honestly about all the options available to us and what we wanted. It was nice to talk to an expert who was open and direct about what he recommended we do. When the temperature cooled off and before a cold spell set in AC Service came out and did the work. Our new system is quiet and efficient. We got the 18 Seer 4 ton American Standard unit with the Accuclean air filter. Our old house had a few odd things about how work was done in the past but Russell and Ryan brought it all up to date. It wan't an easy install and they never complained or had to adjust the original estimate. All work was performed in a professional manner and with care for our house and family. Thanks you guys! Love the system!

I came home at 5:00pm on Friday and the house was 85 degrees. I went to yellowpages.com and found reviews of a A/C company that just couldn't be true but I decided to give them a try. Within 5 minutes Russ Allen calls me back, says that he or his son can be at my house in an hour or two. An hour later Ryon Allen is there fixing the problem and I had a cool 72 degree house in a few hours. IT IS RARE to find someone that actually knows what they're doing and not take advantage of people. These guys are "old school" baby! They treat their customer like they're the only one they have! Ryon showed me exactly what the problem was and how I could do some preventative maintenance myself. I won't have anyone touch my heat and air but these guys! YOU WON'T BE SORRY CALLING THESE GUYS!!!!!!!

Russ came out the day we called. He was very friendly and answered all of my husband's questions. He even showed him how to do it himself so he wouln't have to call about that issue in the future. It was a great experience and we would recommend them to anyone!

Woke up this morning in a sweat. The ac went out some time lst night. I found this company on yellowpages.com and called them for two reasons. First they were close by. Second they already had 5 good reviews and everyone of them were dead on. I called at 6AM and left a message. I had a call back by 7:30 saying they could be there around 9:30. They showed up at 9:00. By 11:00 they had me up and running. Not knowing anything about a/c they could have taken me to the cleaners but didn't. Both of them showed me just what went wrong and how to prevent it from happening again.

I highly recommend them!!!!!! If I ever need this kind of service again I would not hesitate to use them!

Russ amd Ryan are the most profesional company I have ever used. The care they took of my house while installing my unit could not have been done better by anyone else. They workmamship on installing my unit was surperb. Neatness must be a trade mark because when they finished, I could not tell they had been here working. The best was that they actually showed me how the new control panel works. There will be no other company working on my AC/Heat except Russ and Ryan.

Russ and Ryan are absolutely the very best! They always arrived on time with clean clothes (they could have been dressed to do a TV commercial) and good humors. Worked very hard and went beyond the call of "duty" for us. They are helpful and explain everything well. We could not be happier with our new system and recommend them highly.

Russ came over to look at our a/c. Smiles and all GREAT PERSON, VERY NICE. He explained everything in detail and showed us what needed to be done. He gave us a quote and did an excellent job. He cleaned everything up and left it perfect. If we have any problem or if anybody needs any help i really recommend A/C Service & Repairs Co.
