The service of having a lockbox for realtors made it easy for them to show the property without me having to be there. The additional service of adding a toll free number on your sign posted at the curb for individuals not using a realtor to call was outstanding. The ease at which you made the registration was beyond belief. Within 2 hours after my initial contact, I was signed up as a paying customer leaving much of the success of my sale effort up to you. By signing an agreement to cooperate with realtors, I was able to continue to sell my house myself and in the event that a realtor showed it to the buyer, I would save 50% of the real estate closing fees. The house began to show immediately. I did not keep track of all the business cards on the counter however there were several every time I stopped by the house.
