These guys come off as super friendly but will take advantage of you without even second guessing it. They lie about the work performed, and they don't even take care of your vehicle well. I received my car back with scratches and missing screws, even the dealership asked me what happened to my car. Coming to Crazy Stereo was the biggest mistake/decision I made while owning this vehicle. I just want to help others in preventing them from making my same mistake. There are many many many other car service shops that I GUARANTEE do even a 30% better job than these guys. To privew it, I will be posting a picture of the Dynamat job they did on my car. They unprofessionally slapped it on and didn't even use the Roller you're supposed to! This is just an example of what these guys will do to your car if you take it here. I'm severely upset on how I was treated, and when confronted, they just deny everything. I've learned something, if a company says 'ALL SALES FINAL'. Thats usually a bad sign.

The speed of the service was incredible, done in a few hours and at a great price. I had a 10" subwoofer installed and got tints on all my windows. Again, can't say enough about this place, my Bass is bumping through the streets.

I've been going there over 6 years. Weather i need a sound or security system. Great customer service and advice when I don't know exactly what I want or need. I wouldn't go any where else.

This place is the most unprofessional and incompetent business I have ever dealt with. They sucker you with lies and promises of low prices and stick you with overpriced junk that will take years to pay off. Whatever you do, do not pay upfront for any services and DO NOT SIGN their RECEIPT/CONTRACT or you will be sorry. When their swapmeet equipment is broken, in a couple weeks, Crazy Stereo will be no help and will refer you to the receipt you signed and that explains how screwed you are.

Came here twice to order different wires and parts for my 06 Honda accord. The car has an aux button but no slot of any sort to play my own music. They ordered and installed the module for me. They are really friend and very professional! Wish I had a nicer car for them to work on lol!

Im tired on listening to my radio with no bump so i decided to look around for shops. NO LUCK. every shops i go to overcharge and trying to upsell me on system i do not need. Drove around harbor blvd and pulled in to this location with my luck and this big man came up to me and ask what do i really need and decide to tell him i need a new deck and 4 6x9 speakers and he gave me a price and guess what price was great. so i told him to go ahead and install today. i was suprise with this big guy and oh yah his name is MANDO; i was ready to leave and he actually came up to me and ask not telling me what i need. walk away with a new clarion system and 4 kenwood speakers. My system sound better now...Motto of the store--GO CRAZY...GET LOUD. Well guess what i did...

The guys at Crazy Stereo really know what their doing. These guys not only beat all the pricing I had found, but did a great job installing it and it sounds great. Dont be fooled by fast talking salespeople, I checked these guys with the bet ter bus iness be reau and they have the best ratings in the area and their record goes back further than any others around. I would definitely give Crazy Stereo my business again. Thanks

I found that crazy stereo had the best knowledge of car stereo equipment and was always their to help me a specialty when my old sys was done wrong i lost 5,000 but they got me fixed up and back on the road again and with great sound...... :-)
