I went to crazy stereo because i had a problem with a cd player bought from somewhere else, the staff not only fixed it for me for free,as i purchased it in an other store but later on i went back after shopping around for navigation and headrest and the poeple there were just great ,i got a great deal !

I purchased a kenwood navigation online after going into Crazy Stereo to see if they would install it i found out they had the same product for cheaper. I returned the nav i purchased online and bought a brand new one from Crazy Stereo they saved me over $300 and the install was perfect these guys are great.

I have now happily bought 2 stereos for my car here (the first one was stolen in Santa Ana!). At other stereo places I felt like I was being "hustled", but at Crazy Stereo the people were very civilized!!! It felt good doing business here!!

unprofessional. i dropped in for a problem with my power door locks and all they did was joke around.. on the plus side, at least one guy knew what the problem was right away after i finally got him to take a look.

Rude and unprofessional. I had speakers, amp and head unit installed here. It took me three trips back to the place to get the right wire to hook up my mp3 player. On the second trip they said they had to order the wire and it would be $79! I found it at beach auto sound for $20!! Took it back, had them tear off my dash again and install it.For the speakers, the guy straight up told me they could barley fit them in the door. He said he even had to take a piece off the back of the speaker to make them fit. A day later the speaker was crackleing. I loosened the speaker my self and found that they smashed the wires against the back of the door! Retards! These are $300 speakers! when i took it back the guy told me it was my speaker that was the problem not the instalation! I hate these guys. They even threw away the pieces I needed. Avoid these idiots at all cost.
