They do all the installs for my show truck. They have to build everything custom because of the limited amount of space. They do great!

Unbelievable team of professionals. Dr. B and Alison were so wonderful to me with my recent lengthy procedure. Each of them really put me at ease during a difficult time and did a great job with the dental work. I'm healing well thanks to their excellent care. Prior to the procedure, it was most helpful to get specialized attention with regard to billing/insurance from Rachel and from Ivy who took the time to send me an email with a step-by-step outline of what I could expect with my upcoming extensive appointments. Received a follow up call from Kim to see how I was doing and a very kind note from Alison (above and beyond!). Best customer service a patient could hope for. Only wish I would have become a patient years ago. Top Notch group. Thanks again!

Worst service ever!! Ordered an amp over 2 months ago and still don't have it!! They take money from ppl and u never hear from them. Plus doesn't help that they have all drug addicts working for them. So if you want to spend ur money on stuff here and never see this is the place for you to go!I wouldn't go there again if someone paid me to. I give them negative stars!!!!

I got great service here. The sales manager Nicholas was very respectful and helped me with anything and everything. I don’t have a special car or anything just an f250 and I just had a Navigation radio put in. The install is flawless, so I have nothing negative to say, I have to say 1 thing about the shop it’s by far the coolest shop, and a very large operation they have going on there. Very impressive!

The guys at shockwave were all over 30 that worked on my truck so this is a real review from someone that actually got work done from shockwave, this is buy far the best customizing shop ive seen and the demo cars they had on display are all out of this world, I recommend this shop to anyone that wants the best work at the best prices--really cool shop must see for yourself

This shop saved me over a thousand dollars on the job compared to abt electrons or frys-the equipment is the best on the market only high end stores carry this equipment. its like a whole new truck. The install is perfect and everything works flawlessly i happened to be playing around on the internet and saw the other reviews and had to respond. the 2 bogus reviews are written buy kids that don't know the difference between high end and cheap equipment a review about a tv system for 1200. That’s what i paid for my 12" motorized flip down. the same unit was offered by the car dealer for 3000 installed - and the other shops that did carry this equipment

I’m a first time customer with this store and have to say that the service is top notch and the prices on the equipment is by far the best I found. I shop around before I buy anything and the equipment I wanted-a pioneer z110 dvd navi radio and a 12" motorized flip down with dvd and wireless head phones-also an alarm and auto start combo was a big purchase.

I’m blown away--by far the best custom shop out here--this place is much more than just a car audio shop-they do custom wheels- lambo doors-custom interiors-lighting systems-and the best custom fiberglass customization that I’ve ever seen--this place should have its own TV show--------I’m a repeat customer I got my custom rims, tires, custom interior, navi-dvd radio, headrest TVs, speakers, amps, subs, and a fiberglass sub box done--I also tinted the windows and had led lights installed inside and out--and my vertical door system is on order--I now go to car shows and since shockwave did all the work I haven’t lost--I’m also going to have them paint my brakes--good job guys keep up the good work. The price shop everything before I buy it and they matched or beat all the prices i found--and the labor rate for doing the work was a good deal--I recommend this place to anyone who wants to customize or add things on the vehicle--top notch establishment---a must see

I have read the posts and have a different opinion. I had them install an auto start and audio/video system in my mini van. They were very respectful and professional. My son did something that shorted out the video and they fixed it for free even though it wasn't their fault. I offered to pay for their time and they refused any payment. Everyone is entitled to an opinion but they deserve credit. I am happy with the service and i'm a firm believer in reaping what you sow.

The staff is great. I felt comfortable with my purchase. I bought a great system at a great price. I will be returning with my husband's car to do more work. Great people and great atmosphere.

I recently had new speakers installed in my Acura as the stock speakers "blew". They did a good job with the install, prices were good and the crew knew their job very well. I later took the car back for a radar installation and everything was just as smooth, prices were good and staff were great to work with. Will definitely use them again as news/wants inspire.
