Stopped in after seeing some good prices on cargurus. After speaking with a salesman Holden I agreed to test drive a Mazda 3. After just a few minutes I was hooked. The whole staff at Koons was just awesome. I am sending my granddaughter there for her next car.

The people at this dealership has always been good to us when we were looking for vehicles, the main salesman that we talked to his name is Justin and he was fantastic, he found us exactly what my husband wanted which is somewhat difficult. It didn't take long for us to get the SUV of our dreams, he didn't direct us to something we weren't going to like and he wasn't pushy and forcing us to get something. He knew what we wanted and he stuck to it and it has been greatly appreciated, so Thank you Justin and koons auto for being so great to us.

My experience at Koons was very good. I stopped in and explained to Justen what my needs and criteria were for buying a truck. I told him that I wouldn't be available for a few days due to work, so if he could round up any inventory he had that met my criteria, I would be back to shop. Justen did an excellent job of finding trucks that specifically met the criteria I had outlined for him. I test drove the trucks he had chosen, and narrowed my decision down to one. Justen was very friendly, helpful, and not pushy at all. He and one of the mechanics (I don't remember his name but thank you!) performed all of the requests I had to get the truck into sufficient condition for my purchase. I just want to say Thanks to Justen, and thanks to that mechanic for making my truck buying experience well worth it. I would gladly recommend shopping at Koons of Fredericksburg South for used vehicle purchases. You guys were great to deal with!!!

This was our first purchase from Koons. We purchased a used vehicle and dealt with Justin and Orlando. There were no unnecessary fees added on like some other dealerships, which pretty much eliminates the need for a lot of negotiations. I’m still a bit old school, so that is different for me. It is however less stressful and we were satisfied with the price of the vehicle.

Justen was very helpful and friendly. He was nice enough to sit in the back seat of a coupe while we did a test drive. He answered all of our questions thoroughly. Even though they didn’t have the car we wanted, we enjoyed our test driving experience.

I normally don't leave reviews, but my experience was beyond my expectations. I'll definitely will back here to purchase another vehicle in the future. I have had bad experiences in the past with dealerships, but my man Justin T made this experience wonderful. He was honest and absolutely patient with me. It's hard to find a salesperson that is looking out for your best interest. He went over and beyond to make sure that I got the car I wanted with the best package. I had a wonderful experience with Koons. I am a first time buyer and had a seamless experience by all staff. I was particularly working with Justen who kept in constant communication with me even before I stepped foot into the dealership and answered all of my hundred questions through email. The exact car I wanted was actually sold a day before I got to dealer so he searched the inventory and found be me a much nicer one for only $1,500 more. He was also able to negotiate my monthly payments down to an affordable rate. I absolutely LOVE my car and everyone at Koons was professional, kind, and helpful. Definitely recommend them for future car purchases!

What a wonderful experience buying a car from Koons. The last thing we want to do is spend hours at a dealership. Justen made Koons stand out from the other dealers by providing exemplary customer service unmatched by any other sales person we encountered. Justen was very accommodating to our busy schedules(we are the annoying customers sales people loath). He promptly contacted us, provided additional pictures we requested, sent us carfax, and service records. We worked out price and financing over the phone and via email, then set an appointment an hour past normal closing hours ! He ensured the vehicle was cleaned, gassed up, and pulled inside when we arrived, and had all the paperwork printed and ready to go over. All we had to do was test-drive, call insurance and sign. We were in and out of the dealership in less than 15 minutes.
I was pleasantly surprised to find out he is relatively new in the business, and even more-so with his response when we thanked him, which was " the secret is not to be a salesman, thats not my job title. Im a sales consultant who job is to listen to your needs and wants and check all your boxes."
He uniquely understands a new era of car buying that requires less focus on giving a sales pitch to make the next sale, and more focus on listening and making accommodations to EARN the next sale. He is a refreshing change that is long over due in the car business!!!

Also notable is the refreshing face lift the building has compared to the previous location, nice to walk in and not feel like you were in a time warp. Very bright, clean and inviting.
