I frequent Fresno for business and stay here every time I am in town. I really like the staff and the room I stay in every time. Once I brought my son and he really enjoyed the pool and the 711 right next door. It's also really close to a variety of great food places which gives me a chance to try out something new every time I'm in town .

We stayed @ this hotel for 5 days. The rooms were spacious functional and simply furnished. This is a pet friendly hotel, so I did hear dogs barking one night but that was it. I have to admit, this hotel has a fairly large size pool, only problem, it was not heated, but even then, the view of the pool was just spectacular. The hotel's garden is also very big, well in the summer it looks like this is the place to visit. The fridge and microwave in the rooms are very convenient although not every room is equipped with it, so you request it if you require. Overall had a great time. Will for sure stay here again.

The young man at reception was very pleasant and helpful and honored our request for a room away from the freeway, since this hotel is located on Highway, we wanted a room away from the highway and the front desk honored that for us. Gave us a nice room facing the swimming pool area. The rooms are spacious, light, comfy, and very clean.

We always stay at the Ashlan Inn when in Fresno. The staff is always friendly and helpful. Very clean property and rooms. The Restaurant/bar located 10 feet from our room is pleasant as well. Its right next to the highway 99, so it makes it very convenient for our travels from LA to Sacramento, and best of all, the rooms are worth more than their rates.

Got in late not expecting much but was surprised to see a flat screen tv in the room. Had to wake up early so I didn't really use it but when I went to the office to check out the guy at the front desk told me there was some fresh coffee and a newspaper if I wanted. I took a little time before hitting the road again drinking coffee and reading the paper to get me in the mood to start my day. It was nice.
