He was very professional, thorough and polite. We are very satisfied!

They have a great selection and great service. Shawn walked us through every option and helped us customize our couch to the exact dimensions we were looking for. I highly recommend stopping in and taking a look.

Associate Shawn who helped us was excellent. He showed us options for the item we were interested in and was very thorough in explaining the finance options. He was very patient with us and was readily available with additional questions we had.

This was our second trip in. The first time we came in to look, JR came and let us know to take a look. He wasn't pushy, which is honestly a nice gesture as we went to look around, but he was also attentive in making sure we were doing fine. We liked some furniture, but hadn't officially decided until today. We came back, with an official decision and JR made it smooth. He's awesome. Thanks for helping us!

I came in to buy furniture and was hesitant but a very nice young man approached me his name was Ali.. Ali greeted me with a big smile and showed professionalism.. Ali was very easy going and very knowledgeable!! He answered all my questions and concerns.
I bought all my furniture and came back a second time.. I have also sent my friends to Furniture city and Ali has been Amazing..

Great experience overall. I walked in and was helped by Moe. He was attentive, helpful, and patient in helping us find exactly what we were looking for. Very professional and kind. I wouldn't hesitate to go back and work with him again!

I've been a loyal customer since they opened their doors. Bought all my furniture from them and have been very pleased with the service they have provided me with. I just recently bought a bedroom for my son and on delivery the headboard had a few scratches on it. The delivery team made a delivery report and assured me someone from the store would reach out to me to and They did follow through. I had a technician scheduled to come to my home and repair the damge and I couldn't be more happy excellent job. I will continue to do business with Furniture City and listen we have to be realistic that sometimes not everything will be perfect which we of course all want but that's not true all the time. Accidents do happen and damages sometimes do happen but they really take care of the customer.

Bought my living room set from here and was very happy with how helpful the salesmen was in helping me choose out a set that complements the rest of my house. Will be back again!

I had a party coming up in a few days and need it a few stuff. I when in the store hopping to find something of our likings.. We walk in and really nice people greeted us. I ended up taking a Dinning table, sofa sets and a computer desk. My stuff was deliver a few days after I made my purchase. I am so happy with my furniture. IDEAL FURNITURE made me so happy and my furniture looks great in my house. I really recommend IDEAL FURNITURE, they have nice personal and super good prices.

This was the first time I had been to furniture city and my experience was very good. Hazem was the name of the person helping me and he had excellent customer service. last Saturday at 8:10pm was when I came into the store not knowing they closed at 8:30 but he was very friendly and helpful. I was looking for an entertainment center for my husband for fathers day and he helped me find exactly what I needed plus a coffee table I fell in love with. The next day I had brought my husband in to see what he had got for fathers day and we decided we wanted a different entertainment center but I was torn because I didn't think it would go with the coffee table I had already purchased so to better assist me they offered to carry the coffee table from one side of the store to the other side so we could compare next to the new entertainment center. Without any issue they revised our order. Both times I went into the store they were very quick to offer me then my hubby something to drink. After the paperwork was all done for our order Hazem was very clear on how much we were paying, etc. The invoice was very clear that all sales are final and if you do end up bringing your order back there is a 30% restocking fee so if people would just read the invoice that they are signing that wouldn't be a surprise to them. You have to understand that This is how these people make a living and if you don't really want to invest in furniture for yourself or someone else then its not right to waste their time.

Great service. I stopped in to find a dining room set. I was surprised to see a pretty decet selection, but wasn't able to find what I was looking for. Thankfully I had a great salesperson that worked really hard for me trying to find the right thing. He took the time to go through the catalogs with me and I was shocked by how much furniture they could order. Because he took the time to help me find what I was looking for and didn't make me feel like I was just "another sale", I will always come back here to buy.

I have shopped at several different furniture stores and nothing compares to there furniture and prices are very low! I'm very happy with my purchase and I highly recommend furniture city!

I love this place, they have a huge selection of beautiful quality furniture. Great customer service and was able to special order a few items I seen at another furniture store for so much more and got it at half the price at Furniture City.

I have received great service, affordable honest prices. Furniture City not only educates you on their line of furniture along with the warranty, they offer you a great selection and walking through a large showroom with a great setup. It was nice taking my family with me while my kids were able to enjoy a complimentary fountain drink and their choice of popcorn or fresh baked cookies. It’s nice to go into a local furniture store that offers you great customer service and provides you with respect and appreciates you for your business. I haven’t received that level of service in a long time. Shop local, Shop Furniture City.

Shopped around to all the neighboring furniture stores for a mattress and got the best price for what was looking for. Had the chance to sell me a more expensive mattress but gave me honest feedback, paid $500 less for a different mattress. So far, his feedback has been accurate!

What a great place to shop!!! They have awesome package deals. I got a free TV for my living room when I bought my set. The salesmen was very friendly and super helpful. Definitely will be coming back for more stuff later on.

A satisfied customer.....I went to Furniture City because of the good things I heard from my friends and family because they bought there and I was very happy that they took care of me and made me feel welcome and appreciated. I got a killer deal on a bedroom set. The mattress is so comfortable. My husband and I usually have differences of opinion when it comes to the way our mattress feels. The salesman helped us find the right mattress for us and now we are both sleeping well and we both agree that the bed is very comfortable. I highly recommend shopping here :)
