Great service

Overall, a very good experience with D Jiang for my first visit.

Dr. Jiang is not only knowledgeable, she has fantastic listening skills and explains everything so well. She really knows her stuff and is very compassionate and caring!! I wish I could find someone like her for all the doctors I see! She is awesome!!!

She is very knowledgeable and took time to listen to me explain why I don’t like medication and she patiently explained pros and cons. I trust her.

I have difficulty understanding what she says because of my hearing loss and her voice is muffled under her masks and her accent. Still her care comes through and she is patient with me.

Dr was willing to talk to me and answer all my questions. Didn’t feel rushed in/out. Was on time for appointment. Seemed concerned about my current needs.

Dr Jiang is great, she always ask how I am and she tried to fix all my issues. I couldn't have found a better doctor.

Alway upfront, more than willing to explain the diagnosis, Always trying to find a solution to the problem, she says to her finding a solution is the same thing as working on a puzzle piece by piece until she put it together, love her attitude and her friendly disposition

She listened to me and took action … I had been to 3 doctors before her and they didn’t really seem to understand or care how miserable I was. She is very thorough and I trust the treatment and directions she gives me. She is changing my life.

Dr. Jiang is the most caring doctor I have ever seen. She listens, responds, and explains. She has so much knowledge about rheumatic illnesses and is willing to say that sometimed science just doesn't have all the answers. I drive for 45 minutes to see her and it is definitely worth it!

DrJiang doesn’t just look at me as an RA patient. She never hesitates to recommend seeing another specialist if she sees other issues. I trust her expert advice. She is very thorough and treats me respectfully.

Dr J spent an hour evaluating me—AN HOUR! She was so thorough. She checked me out head to toe. She was compassionate, too, not touching my sore back because I said it hurt. I really respect her decisions, and I feel like I’m finally in the road to recovery.

Listened to my answers. She asked so many questions and examined so many areas of my body, and I was impressed by her being so thorough. Good doctor to patient interaction.
