Excellent customer service from Weather Master. I appreciate having the same tech come out all the time as he knows me and my system which is beneficial if something would go wrong with it.

Great from start to finish

We had our HVAC system worked on. The service setup went smoothly on the phone and the service tech showed up right on time. He was very professional and took the time to explain things to me, which I really appreciated it. I was very happy with my service and will use Weather Master again.

Great service

Weather Master delivered same day service, the technician was professional and friendly, he quickly found the problem and replaced the faulty part - problem solved! Follow up on the repair was also satisfactory.

Will continue to use!

I was very impressed with the knowledge and integrity of the weather masters workers who came to my house. I am afraid that I that I might be taken advantage of because I obviously do not know much about HVAC. However, by the time their workers left my house there was no doubt in my mind that any recommendations and/or work performed were done in a competent and truthful manner. I have been using Weather masters since we moved to Wake Forest and we will continue to use this company and recommend it to friends.

Over the weekend we noticed that our second floor was not getting to temperature and that our 3rd floor wasn't receiving heat at all. I called Weather Master’s emergency service on Sunday morning and Alan showed up around 2pm. I explained to him that it seemed the furnace was working fine- my concern was that the zone card recently installed in August was not installed correctly. Alan was patient when listening to my concerns. I actually felt like he was listening to me as if I may actually have some value to add rather than just hearing me talk. He was very quiet since my 2 little kids were napping (I especially appreciated that) and he was excellent at troubleshooting the several issues involving the lack of heat for the 2nd and 3rd floors of our home. Alan left around 5 and we had heat on both floors! For the first time ever my husband and I felt like there was a good chance that the zone card we had installed many months ago will do its job from here on out. I would recommend them to all!!

Incompetent or Thieves. Not Sure?

We bought our 7 year old house new in Wakefield. The Builder uses Weather Master as the Contractor. I have had to have the HVAC Serviced 5 times! Almost every year something goes wrong. Sure they come out and fix it (overcharge in my opinion), but never take the time to analyze they system. Consequently, a month later something else fails. This is absurd!! I might even go as far as to say 'they" are the ones causing the issue. All my neighbors homes have the same systems and their Heating & Cooling Bills are far less and we keep the Thermostat at energy efficient settings. I a done with them. I called a small local business and they spent hours diagnosing the problem(s). So, Weather Master is either incompetent or they are Thieves... nothing in between. I just wish I could get the "Weather Master" nameplate on our Thermostat removed. Maybe a piece of white tape to cover. I don't need a daily reminder of how I was taken advantage of for 7 years. BTW- Every call we were charged... even at the beginning during the 5 year Warranty period. It seemed the Service Call was never covered and the problem was never an issue covered. Nice, huh? A half million dollar new home and that is the Service you get. I would not even give them a single Star if it was possible!!!

very dissapointed

After waiting for two weeks for an appointment, and re-arranging my schedule to be home, they cancelled and asked me to re-schedule for the following week. Have fun waiting!
