They work with a warranty company for you. All you have to do is drop your car off and pick it up when it is done.

What can we say. My wife and i were unable to find a new inferno orange corvette here in new york. So i decided to check the corvette forums and a vast majority had told me to check out Criswell Chevy and ask for a salesman named Mike Furman. we both drove down talked to mike (great guy BTW) he showed us an inferno orange 2012 3LT coupe,had dinner, met the entire staff,we decided that this was our dream car. Mike closed the deal for us with a great price. Mike has been a good friend too, we chat frequently and talk vette's all the time. When we decide on another new Chevy we'll be visiting mike again. Thank you once again Mike Furman and Thank You Criswell Chevrolet. Too bad they dont have this type of knowledge and huge inventory here in New York.(long Island)

Stefan Kube was very nice, polite, knowledgable and was also very easy to dealwith.

He gave us a fair price on our baby-blue 2013 Chevy Volt, which two weeks agohad 19 miles and now has 1,000 miles and still two gallons from the dealership.He even gave us a curtousy call incase we had any problems and even answered a few questions that we had. I would deal with him again because he was as good as I was told by a friend who bought a similar car from Stefan as well.

I had a no-hassles experience recently leasing a Chevy Volt. Stephan Kube was an extremely experienced salesman, clearly knowledgeable about the car but didn't come across like he was superior or that I should just "trust" him. He didn't put any pressure and answered all my questions. I'd recommend him if anyone has questions about a new Chevy car, especially the Volt. Also Steve Krantz was very personable and did not put any pressure on me to up-sell additional packages. My whole experience at Criswell was extremely positive

Best experience I could ask for as a first time buyer! I just bought a 2013 Camaro 2LS and Russell gave me a wonderful experience. I had met him a couple days prior to buying it at the lot and he approached me asking if there was anything he could help me with and as a first time buyer I had tons of questions, as to how it worked what money to put down what to expect and look for. I came back to him a couple days later and he made the process of trading in me jeep easy and explained to me step by step how this works when trading in my car. He really gave me a great understanding on the process. As a first time buyer I was nervous to get the car and how trading in would work but Russell made my experience easy and I felt like I understood what was going on , and what I was spending and not spending, why my payments came out to this just everything. I felt extremely comfortable when I left for how that process went and I love my car!! I would recommend anyone to Russell he’s extremely nice has a fun personality and will take the time to answer your questions and make you feel comfortable with the purchase but also make the experience fun as well, I know where I’m going next time I need a car!

I'd like to thank Stefan Kube for a great car-buying experience. I appreciated his no-pressure approach when I test drove and bought my new Chevrolet Equinox LTZ from Criswell last week. Stefan competently answered my questions without telling me how the Equinox was the greatest vehicle in the history of the world, how the price was going to expire in five minutes and without trying silly salesman tricks on me. I also appreciated that I didn't need to deal with multiple salesmen and that the overall car-buying back and forth was very quick and efficient. I'd highly recommend Stefan and Criswell, especially when I compare them to some of their competition (a salesman from another dealership keeps calling me, even after I told him that I had already bought the car

Sorryfor the delay in responding. Actually, the service rep person called, reminding me about my 3 month service check-up, and that prompted me to go thru all the paperwork I received when I first bought the car; including the reminder that there was a "rate your experience" email and card.

Mike Furman did a super job for me while I was considering the purchase of my car. I had some questions and he was right on top of it with answers. He worked some numbers when it came to pricing and I appreciated all his effort. I wondered about a few accessories, and he gave me the correct advice. On the day that I picked up the car, he was very helpful, showed sincere interest, and took his time talking me thru all the options and operations of the car.

A couple people have asked me about my car, and I've told them that I bought it at Criswell, and that they have a huge selection, reasonably priced. So I'm trying to help with more sales

I didn't buy a car after my test drive / first visit with Russell, however, I did tell Russell that I really felt compelled because I liked him so much. In the end, he accepted my decision and made certain that I knew I could come back to him at any time. Russell continued to follow up with me and through his last follow up regarding an additional incentive available to me he convinced me to buy my 2012 Equinox LTZ AWD.

Russell was very professional, courteous, and I didn't feel like he was taking advantage of me. As a woman shopping for a car by herself, I was very wary that I might be seen as an easy 'mark.' Russell never made me feel that way and I did trust him that he was giving me the best deal possible and that I would be taken care of at Criswell Chevrolet.
