Parker Services is prompt, professional, and did a great job for us. From the start, Adam Parker quickly responded to our request to quote grading work in our backyard. Adam provided an all-inclusive quote to bring in fill dirt, spread it, and top it with seed. He discussed options to bring the dirt and equipment into our backyard with minimal impacts to the rest of our yard (used a small 7 ton excavator for compacting the fill and a high capacity bucket on a large skid steer to quickly move the fill with minimal spillage). Adam consistently provided target start dates and suggestions on how to best finish the grade. We selected Parker Services because Adam’s quote was competitive plus he seemed very knowledgeable and customer oriented. We are very pleased with his work and follow up. Whether you need a lot cleared or a smaller residential landscaping project like us, Parker Services would be an excellent choice.

I called Parker Service and Adam came straight out the same day. I was having drainage problems in the front and back yard with water running towards my house. A new drain was put in on the front sidewalk to assist the water from backing up which he connected to the original piping system. He also extended a pipe on one side of the house to prevent water from drowning my neighbors. In the back I had a piping system but with the change of my landscape due to tree growth the water was also a problem. His suggestion was to make a swell from the side of the house extending over half the length of the house to give the rain a clear path to flow. Grass and straw was laid afterwards. The extra dirt he filled in some spots I requested and a spur of moment I asked him to raise my storage building since a root of a tree had started to push on one side. I am very happy with the work but will update when we have a downpour. I do expect him to stand by his work and return if there is anything that needs to be corrected. Will wait for that downpour!

I contacted Parker Services regarding a drainage issue (standing water) in my yard after even a light rain. I found Adam Parker to be extremely professional and caring. I had previously hired someone through one of the online referral services (Thumbtack) to address the issue and they had sold me on the idea of putting in a yard drain which I paid for but it didn't solve my problem. Adam Parker came out and looked at my yard and explained that my problem was actually caused by improper slope and that regrading the yard to make the water run off to a nearby storm drain would be the best way to address the issue. I readily agreed to his proposal and he quoted a very reasonable price and came out promptly to do the work. He arrived on time, had all of the necessary equipment, moved dirt from one area of the yard to another so it didn't cost me money to haul in topsoil, built up the low areas and reshaped the swales in my yard to let the rainfall run off towards the storm drain the way it was supposed to. He cleaned up the yard, reseeded the work area, and charged me the quoted price. I am very happy with his work and his professional demeanor. I highly recommend him. I am also planning to use his lawn care services to keep my yard looking good throughout the year as his prices are very reasonable.

Called on a Sunday and Mr Parker actually answered the phone and spoke with me about a drainage problem. He was out the next day, which was a holiday, to look at the problem and discuss a solution. He was prompt with his quote, he did exactly as he promised and the finished job looked great. On top of all that he was a super nice guy and his crew was very courteous. Would highly recommend him!!

I called Parker Services for help with an erosion/drainage problem. He responded very promptly by phone and came out to the house. I agree with his solution and think his price is very fair, but I just need to wait until after the holiday expenses are behind me, but I will definitely call him when I am ready.

Adam Parker/Parker Services started taking care of our lawn a little over 2 1/2 years ago and I couldn't be happier. It's hard to believe that those other reviews are talking about the same person. He is so nice, friendly and easy to work with. He really does bend over backwards to try to accommodate you and work with your needs. His prices are also very reasonable. Whatever you need, just a simple phone call or text message is all it takes to keep the perfect lines of communication open and he REALLY works with you about when and what you would like to have done. Recently I had them do a landscaping project and I told him that he could wait for the following week so that they wouldn't die from the heat. Adam and his crew showed up at the end of the week when it was 98 degrees outside in order to get the job done because he knew how important it was to me, instead of waiting just a couple of days when the temperature was set to drop at least 25 degrees. If that is not dedication to your craft and your customer, I don't know what is. Thank you Adam for ALWAYS going above and beyond!!! I ABSOLUTELY recommend Parker Services!!!!!!!

Had a drainage problem and called Parker services and they where on time and great company to do the work very friendly people and honest.

We called parker services late one nite when our yard was flooding,the show up early the next morning and made a proposal to fix the issue,
It's been 6 months now and our problems are gone.

Adam did a great job rebuilding my pond dam. They worked quickly and professionally. It was certainly a pleasure to get to work with someone who did what he agreed to do. I will certainly recommend Parker Services to anyone and will use them again in the future as needed.

Do not waste your time and call anyone but Parker Services. Adam came when he said he would. I had some erosion problems. He put in drainage pipe. Tons of clean dirt, graded and seeded at a very fair price. Again, Do not waste your time and call anyone else.

Parker Services fixed a widening hole in my backyard due to erosion. Adam was very professional and knowledgeable about the cause of the hole and how to fix it. I am very pleased with his work and the follow up calls I received after the work was completed.

Adam just left my house. Yes it's Sunday and he drove out here to look at my problem. Turns out that I don't really have an issue. We have had our share of problems under my house and have spent a fortune to repair them. When I saw water under there I thought the worse and was willing to do whatever it took this time to fix the problem. Adam could have sold me anything, but told me I didn't need anything. Honesty is something I hold quite highly and do not find in most contractors. Thank you Adam and know that I will recommend you to anyone I see and you will be the first I call if ever I need someone.

Adam is very easy to work with and understands what I am wanting to get done. He offers suggestions to help save money as well as completing the job in a timely manner.
