I contacted the dealership through USAA member services to submit a Jeep configuration. Shortly thereafter, I was contacted by Dale Helle, who provided a quote, and some information on what was available. After a few calls and email exchanges, I decided to stop by in person. I appreciate how Dale was abole to work with me on configuring the options and get the vehicle within my price and payment range. I had little contact with anyone else during my time at the dealership, except for the financing guy, whose name I cannot remember. He was also a very polite and helpful person to work with. Wade

We were impressed with Dale. He took the time to go over all of the features of the Jeep, and went out of his way to take and send us photos, as we live out of town. He took the time to show us several others as well until we found the one we wanted. Once we arrived, he went over all of the details and features of the Jeep and explained in detail how to operate all of the features.

Your salesperson Kayla has provided us with exemplary customer service. She met our goals in a subtle way. She was never pushy, ensuring that we felt comfortable making such a huge purchase for our family.

Our buying experience was a great one with Mac Haik and Mark Fenlon. Mark treated us great and was very patient. We are from out of town, so Mark accepted photos of our two trades, did all of the legwork to get us accurate figures and then found the perfect two vehicles for us, even though one of them they had to trade another dealership for.
