ASE's? I think not!! Brought in my Honda and they fixed the wrong part for 370.00. They refused refund and I still have a leaking master cylinder. FML

Nice guys, but nice doesn't help my pocketbook. Really, $150 for a diagnostic test!? Firestone charges $99 per diagnotic, and that's still outrageous. Especially considering they're probably going to get your business if you brought your car to them in the first place. This is a real deal killer and I can't in good conscious give them my business any longer. I wouldn't this time, except that it was my husband that brought the car to them and not me.

They go the extra mile to fix the problem. I have taken my Lexus RX330 to them the past 5 years and have been very satisfied with the quality of work, the turn around time and personal touch.
