I couldn't get the salesman to give me a bottom line price. In fact I assumed the vehicle would be at the listed price on the internet. He never told me any different but he did tell me he couldn't go down any. When I get to the finance office here only told me my note. Was higher than I wanted but I went with it anyway. After I got home and read the paperwork I realized they added 3000 to the price and tacked on another 5000 in fees or warranties. I was told the vehicle came with these warranties, no one ever told me I had to purchase them. I would have brought the vehicle back at this point but then I read there is no "cooling off" period. Contact may not be cancelled unless seller agrees. I feel like I was mislead, taken advantage of, and lied to by the salesman. I would not recommend this dealer to anyone. If you do use them make sure you take your time and read every line of the paperwork.

Received notice via mail for a recall on my 2019 Silverado. I called and scheduled appointment to have repairs done on the vehicle. I spoke with Tracy in the Service Department and she gave me a date to have repairs done. She was very professional and courteous. Repairs were performed in a very timely manner. Great service by the Service Department staff.

The customer service person did something great for me Saturday during my visit and I really really appreciated it and for his trust in me I will always be a customer at supreme Chevrolet ❤️
