Had my oil changed this afternoon and Brian was phenomenal ! Prompt, friendly and knowledgable, he knew immediately I needed more than an oil change. He changed the spark plugs - giving new life to my Volvo. Ask for him next time you need an oil change. You will be very satisfied!

I was in a hurry today and needed a quick wash and stopped by the location on Dysart. This location offers a lane where you can stay in your car and not have to get out and wait. I was pleasantly surprised at how fast I got my car washed and how good the quality was. And it wasn't very expensive either. I'm going to tell all my friends about this car wash.

Kevin the detail manager who explained to me what would be done for my car and told me to drop it off and he would call when it was done. When I came back it took about 3 hours I was more than happy and even my air vents looked spotless. I will definitely come back and get another detail done on my other vehicle. . I will come back to this location for years to come if I get this kind of service every time I come in. Thanks to Superstar Michael and Kevin and the workers you guys do great work.

Arrived for a car wash in my old black truck, was talked into buying a buff and wax because of some scratches and fading of my paint. I've had it done before without good results so i was a little concerned but I purchased it anyway. 1.5 hours later I was shocked on how great it turned out! Keep up the good work superstar! I will be back.

Came in for a car wash. When finished I drove around the side where detailing takes place. I spoke to the new detail manager about a couple marks on my lower rear quarter panel and he asked on of his detailer to try and buff it out. He did and it looked awesome. I tried prior with no luck. I tried to tip and the manager said that's what we are here for. Since then I purchased another detail. This is going above and beyond customer service!

I recently went in to get a quick outside wash of my car I was given the mega star wash and he the put a full detail for everything on the inside of my car and shampoo and leather treatments and a wax

Great service, asked for my name and used it in conversation. Fantastic options in the store include a computer station, game station, 4 tv's, massage chair, duncan donuts, snack bar, everything and more I could need. Car wash was good.

This location scratched my Mercedes S550!!



I have pictures from the day I purchased the car from its previous owner on Friday, 11/20. I also have a picture from Saturday, 11/21, my wife took of me standing besides the same door that the scratches appeared on. The sales representative (Carlos) and I walked around the car with me TWICE and pointed out the types of marks SuperStar could and could not remove. Our first examination of the car was on Saturday, 11/21, when I purchased the services but could not leave the car for 2+ hours. The second time we walked around the car was on Sunday morning when I brought the car back for service. We examined the entire car. We pointed out spots on the hood and passenger side that would not come out. He pointed out scuffs on the doors.



When I picked the car up... 2?HUGE scratches on the door. Looks like a tool or cart fell against the door!!
