We called Roto-rooter on a Saturday for a clogged sewer line. This line has been a mystery to us as we have never had anyone explain how far out the clog was or what was happening in the line. Roto-rooter came at 6 p.m. on a Saturday and unplugged the drain, used a camera to see what was going on and gave logical and clear follow-up for our particular drain. We really appreciated the help. Roto-Rooter was quick to respond to my service call and scheduled an appointment promptly for the same day. During the phone conversations they were honest and gave recommendations to check before a charged service call. When the plumber arrived he was courteous and answered questions. He gave options and prices before the work began. When the work was finished he gave good suggestions and maintenance tips to prolong the life of our system.

Exceptional and friendly service. We had a plug in the main sewer drain that we found at 8:00 am on a Sunday morning. The service tech was there within an hour of our call. The other places we called either didn't answer their phone or told us to call Roto-Rooter! The tech (Ian)cleared our drain and was very friendly and knowledgeable. He didn' mind me asking a ton of questions and even took the time to walk me through all of the steps of what he was doing. He also took time to inspect some of the visible plumbing in our house to trouble shoot potential probelms we might encounter in the future... Don't heistate to call Roto-Rooter if you have a plumbing problem! Believe me, they will be out first call next time.

Outstanding service!! We had a plug in the main sewer drain on Saturday. Service tech was here within an hour of when we first called. He cleared our drain enough to get us through the weekend, and recommended a high pressure jetting of our line to rid of us 16 feet worth of tree root! Called Monday, and was able to have the tech back same day, and efficiently & quickly rid us of our problem. He was very friendly and knowledgeable, and too us through all the steps of what he would be doing, and why. Very up front about what we should do, and warned us about possible problems we could encounter. You certainly have gained a new customer!!!!
