Provided by YP.comI will preface my remarks by saying that I rarely give reviews. I like to give second and third chances. I give people the benefit of the doubt. By my review here, I’d like the general public to know how much I appreciate the kindness and compassion the staff at Packerland offered me, even though I wasn’t a patient of record.
In April 2022 my 14 yr old cat, who had been failing for a couple of weeks, declined very quickly and the end was eminent. My lifetime vet clinic of 48 years (NOT Packerland) told me the soonest they could help was TWO WEEKS! The option they gave me was that they would give me the number of someone who would come to my house. I immediately called Packerland and they saw me in two hours. They treated me and my cat as if I was their client for years! I thanked them over and over.
Fast forward to December 2022. I found a kitten to adopt from a breeder. I called my (previous) vet clinic to set up a time for a feline leukemia test before bringing new kitty into my home of two other kitties. I was told there were no openings for a month…and that’s not with any of their staff vets ( who aren’t available until February). No options… I called Packerland once again…they are seeing me in six days.
My felines are very special to me. While my current vet is terrific and took very good care of my cats, I’m picking up my records and moving my vet care to Packerland. Thank you Packerland for having a business model that allows your staff who answer the phone to provide flexible options to pet owners. They treat callers with respect, kindness, compassion and consideration for their situation. Thank you.

Provided by YP.comMy cat, Ms Stray Kitty, suddenly got sick & I had to take her to the Vet Emergency Room (VER). When they closed the next morning, I had to take her elsewhere. The VER recommended Packerland Vet & I'm glad they did. Everyone at PVC is so very nice & I can tell they really like animals. My husband & I visited Stray Kitty several times & we felt welcomed. Stray Kitty is much improved, she looks better, she's more alert, she's eating. I can tell that the staff pets her & talks to her & looks at her, as several of them have told me what they noticed. I think this is a very good place to bring animals, both for regular & emergency-type care. Ms Stray Kitty gives it 4 paws up!

Provided by YPmobileI was impressed at how quickly and efficiently we were taken care of after our dog was hit by a car. Dr. Dunbar came highly recommended by family members and members of the veterinarian community alike. The clinic staff was knowledgable, understanding, and, above all, patient.
The office was willing to work with us to come up with an appropriate payment plan for our unexpected vet bills.

Provided by YP.comFantastic grooming services! We took our puppy to a local pet store chain and they wanted to shave her down to the skin (body, legs, even her ears!) due to "horrible" matting. Plus they couldn't get her to sit still for even a bath and told us she was going to have to be sedated for grooming. Packerland grooming trimmed her down (yes - she's short, but not even close to being shaved!) and she didn't even need a doggie downer pill. Amazing results!! And the price was lower than what the chain store would've charged.

Provided by YP.comI have a yellow lab that tore an ACL in her rear leg earlier this year. I was referred to Packerland by my primary vet to them. I met with Dr. Dunbar and we discussed the options. This is the best hunting dog I have ever had and it did not take me long to decide that she needed to have the TPLO surgery options. They did the surgery and I am very happy with the results. My dog is back to her old self and she is ready to chase Pheasants out west this fall. Thank you!

Provided by YP.comJust spent all afternoon with Dr. Mansfield snd her awesome team - working on my Boxer Chloe. Even though the news wasn't the greatest, they were extremely informative and compassionate. I traveled an hour to go to Packerland Vet, because they are very professional and have amazing doctors. I will continue to trust my four-legged ones loved ones care in their hands.
Thank you!
Sincerely,
Chloe's Mom from Peshtigo

Provided by YP.comWe highly recommend Packerland Vet Center. My husband and I have been taking our 2 Golden Retrievers (liter mates) there. Whiskey has had 2 ACL surgeries done by Dr. Dunbar and he did a fantastic job. We just had to have our other Golden Hunter have 1 ACL surgery and that turned out great also. Hunter will be going in for his 2nd ACL surgery and we put our trust once again in Dr Dunbar. Your kindness and caring really does mean alot to us. If anyone needs caring and great care for your loved animals, we highly recommend Packerland Vet. Center. Thanks to all the Dr.s and staff for all you do. Bill and Vicky

Provided by YP.comIf you are looking for a great veterinary clinic in NE Wisconsin I have found it for you. I have been taking my pets to Packerland Veterinary Clinic in Green Bay for quite a few years. The doctors are all fantastic! Lots of compassion in this clinic. I have 3 dogs and 1 cat and one of my dogs seems to need them more often than any other pet I know. So I speak from LOTS of experience. Everyone from the girls up front to those in the back are a great team of people. So don't hesitate to call them if you need help for your furry friends.

Provided by YP.comI have been bringing my dog here since she was a puppy. She's almost 4 years old now and she's doing well. We have clean and quick visits to PVC. They always greet us immediatly upon arrival and are quick at getting us registered. We'll be back for her next check-up! Thank you!

Provided by YP.comOur lab mix Maggie was a 2 year old healthy dog when she started limping on her left leg. It turned out she has hip dysplasia and needed her hip replaced. Our vet recommended that we take her to Packerland Veterinary Center. We were very pleased with the services we received from PVC during her surgery and her pre and post surgical care.
Now that she’s three she needs ACL surgery on her left knee and the first place we turned to was PVC. She hasn’t had this surgery yet but we are very confident that this will be as successful as the previous surgery.
Unfortunately she also needs her right hip replaced and in fall we will once again look to PVC for these services.
We obviously would highly recommend PVC.
