Scott "Basil" was very helpful with making my decision about purchasing a HE wash machine. He has great sales tactic and was great at getting me an affordable deal. I will definitely come back to purchase my dryer when needed.

VV has the best pricing and selection but the best service is why me and my friends always come back. Their people are the best and they actually work there for years unlike some of their competitors. Why buy anywhere else?

Bought an Electrolux stove and refridg. in jan. 2010. (More than $6,000). Within a week, had to call for service on a door gasket for the refridg. Today, the solenoid valve leaked water all over the wood floor. Floor is warped and part of the drywall wall is damaged. Called Van Vreede's and asked to speak with the sales manager. Ed, identified himself as sales manager, asked me what the problem was. I explained everything and said he would have service call me in the morning to set up a time. I told him that I want service first thing in the morning. He said that is up to the service dept. to schedule. I explained that I just spent $6000 with them, it is my second service call, and I now have property damage and they're going to make me wait until possibly the afternoon? He comes back, with an attitude, and says, "who knows, it may not be until Monday." Keep in mind, today is Thursday. At that point, I asked to speak to his boss and with that, he laughed. He told me he is payed by the owner to deal with people like me and hung up on me.



Do yourself a favor and NEVER do business with Van Vreede's.

After spending thousands of dollars on a fridge, up right freezer and a stove. Which I never had problems with. I gave Van vreedes my business on a 42 inch lcd Tv, wall mount, washer and dryer. Big mistake. TV was making noises hours after it was shut off and wash machine would move several feet across the floor when it was on. Van Breedes totally washed their hands of the problems. They said they would not do a thing unless the manafacture told them to. I had to fight tooth and nail with them on both items. After several weeks of their repairmen visits and about 30 phone calls I was able to get new units. I talked to the manager at Best Buy about my problems. He said they would of given me new units no questions asked. All the advertising Van Vreedes does about being number #1 in Green Bay is just a scam. How about backing your products Van Vreedes? I could care less about your Brett Favre autographed footballs. Just stand behind your product. BUYER BEWARE.
