Tyler O did our service. He was extremely professional, polite and thorough. He informed of everything he did and his rationale. I would highly recommend him.

We have been using Clear Defense for about 2 years now. I was used to seeinf one tehnichian duing these years. A new person named FRANK appeared on my doorsteps today. Very friendly. He had scanned the house before ringing the doorbell and after introducing himself, immediately began pointing out some of the spiderwebs that had accumulated on the rooftop and the windows. A gentleman ands scholar, he educated me on a few insect behavior items. FRANK then went about his business to complete our home and garage inspection and provide necessary service. . I did have t clean up a bit behind him following following his service, will discuss thia with him when he returns.
Otherwise--a nice job.

Frank is both efficient and effective. You should be happy that he is a part of your Clear Defense

Airyn was extremely professional and through with the service he provided. He asked specific questions about the service needs and if there were any additional pest concerns that were needed. He provided excellent customer service!!!

Ralphael Jones came to perform my quarterly service today. He called when in route- very professional and asked about any concerns or spots that need extra attention. He listened to my request and was thorough.

We've been using ClearDefense for a few months now. Today, Eric came out to treat our home. From the text alerts to let us know he was on the way throughout the entire treatment visit, we were well informed of the service visit and expectations. He was thorough, even reminding me we should treat the garage and was super friendly and courteous. This was our second quarterly treatment and we are still pleased with the expert level of care and professionalism we are receiving with ClearDefense and their techs.
