Dr. Schwartz has independently owned and operated Piedmont Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation, P.A. in Greenville, SC since 1984. Do you miss the old style family doctor where every patient received the most personal care? Do you feel that doctors offices are more commercialized now than they used to be? Because our office is family-owned and operated, we take pride in giving our patients personal care. Our goal is to bring back that old-style feeling. My daughter has RSD and we came across Piedmont Physical Medicine on the internet. After going from Dr. to Dr. We are now at the right place. We are extremely pleased with the care Dr. Schwartz is giving her. We now have answers.

I travel from out of town to see Dr. Schwartz. I may come 4 times a year for a week. Each time I come Dr. Schwartz and his wonderful staff go out of their way to make me feel comfortable.

Schwartz, MD diagnoses and treats chronic pain, weakness and numbness for back, neck spine and ligament pain, fibromyalgia, osteoarthritis, overuse injuries, sports injuries, thoracic outlet syndrome, reflex sympathetic dystrophy, peripheral neuropathy, peripheral arterial disease, polio, dystonia and lupus like syndromes.
