All the staff including the doctor are very professional and very nice and helpful with the patients.

Doctor is very caring and concerned with my questions ! Great experience ! I am leaving the office happy found solutions to all my concerns.

Waiting time, and referrals waiting period is acceptable. Dr. Calinescu is very good and throughfor. Very pleased with the staff as well.

430 got taken in at 5:30 staff is very nice so is the waiting room.

Very helpful and understanding 10/10 would get sick and come here again.

Dr. C is amazing...very patient...very thorogh... .

Typically, how I base my review on a doctor first begins on the initial front desk greeting. I have attended this office for over ten years and would say that I have typically always been happy. It would be nice if you were greeted with a 'Hello' and a smile, but may be that is a lot to ask for and is not the number one thing I need, but at least it makes me feel good to come here and feel appreciated, especially since I continue to choose this office over others. Calling patients must suck, but if you do it, do not call them and tell them their appointment time and hang up in their face, without making sure that they are okay with the time or at least to verify they heard you properly. Also, a courtesy call should not be at the time at the appointment, I believe it should at least be the day before like it usually is. Overall, I have always liked the nurse practitioners and doctors here overall because they are very genuine and nice. I appreciated my time especially with Lori who was very patient and informative. The front desk is mainly my reason for the not high scores. Not all of them are the same, but one egg spoils the bunch.
