I have had nothing but the best of experiences with this company. True, they are often over-booked. It seems at times they have more business coming in than they have employees. Luckily they have amazing customer care who always does their best to make me happy if my days or times need to be switched. They really are sweethearts. The quality is unbeatable. My girls never leave me unsatisfied. They actually go above and beyond. I'll never give up my pixies!

My house needed an extra good cleaning before we put it on the market. The Cleaning Pixies were the first who could do it by a few weeks. We scheduled them to come a day before our scheduled open house in the morning. Seemed perfect - then the troubles started.



First, we got a call back telling us they needed to reschedule. They had double booked the morning and needed to move it to the afternoon. First red flag, but we ignored it. It's a big hassle because my wife works nights so was planning on sleeping in the afternoon before her 12 hour overnight shift. But whatever, we really need it done so we say that's fine. They say that we will be scheduled for 1 - but don't worry, they'll probably be here by 12.



Okay, we work around it. We set up a plan for my wife to sleep during the morning and get out of the house during my kids naptime in the afternoon. Then we get a voicemail. Actually now they need to come in the morning. We try to call them back. Leave voicemail. Call a dozen times. No answer. Try to tell them via voicemail since we cant get them to answer that we set up plans so the afternoon would work for us so now, even though it wasn't perfect, it was our best bet please call us back. NO RESPONSES. NO ANSWERED CALLS. So we wait. Are they going to come in the morning or afternoon?



Despite planning this weeks in advance, the answer, obviously, was that they were not going to show up at all and not call. So now we are without cleaners before our open house.



These folks are the opposite of reliable. They are not professional. You can bend over backwards for them after THEY mess up their scheduling and they still will screw you over.



Literally the most frustrating experience I've had with any business ever. Maybe they clean well, but if you can't trust them to be there, or even respond to voicemails, how will you ever find out?



Do not trust them.

I forked over the highest price for the DEEP CLEANING package for multiple rooms of my house. TWO cleaners were supposed to arrive at 9:00am. At 9:30, I called the company to ask where they were. The gal said they were running late (would have been nice to know, considering I am now going to be late for work!). At 9:30, ONE gal arrived. No cleaning supplies in hand. I made the assumption that the second person was on his/her way, and would have supplies. I found out later that no second person came. When I arrived home from work later that day, there was NO SMELL of any chemical product whatsoever. My kitchen sink, stove, floors, windows, table chairs, baseboards, etc. were not cleaned at all. It was clear nothing had happened other than the refrigerator being cleaned. The absence of clean was a problem from room to room. The gal may have dusted, made the bed, etc., but that's about it. To add insult to injury, I found a cup of partially enjoyed black coffee sitting on an end table in my living room. I do not drink black coffee, and I would certainly never have left it sitting there. So, the cleaner stole a K-cup, made a cup of coffee, and sat around instead of cleaning my house? I was FURIOUS! I called the "quality control" manager, but had to leave a voicemail. I took pictures of many of the things that were still clearly not cleaned (as examples to demonstrate the house had not been cleaned), and I emailed them her way. (72 pictures total) When the "quality control" person returned my call, she said she'd send her two "best" cleaners out, but they would only do the "handful" of things that the previous cleaner missed. What? I demanded a complete re-do, or a re-fund. So, she scheduled a redo. Again, I waiting for the person to arrive at 9:00am. At 9:30, I called. I was told the ONE person that was supposed to be there was running late, and that he would be there by 4:00pm. Are you friggin kidding me??? Again, I called the manager, this time completely outraged. She assured me she'd have TWO this time, and that they would be great and on-time. Days later, two did arrive, and on time, and with cleaning supplies. Great, right? Well, they were instructed that they were to only clean the specific areas which I photographed, not do the entire list of items that I paid for (and weren't done). I spent my Saturday (today) cleaning my house after two attempts for this company to clean my house. HORRIBLE!!!!!

We love Bob, he is a wonderful pixie and takes care of my house and business. He is always a joy to be around and loves our dog Hunter. We love the cleaning pixies!!

I have been with the Cleaning Pixies for over 7 years. My current pixie, Bob, is my favorite. While I'm at work I know that my house is safe and secure under Bob's duty. My dog Abby loves Bob too. If he has time, he'll take her for a little walk. Gives her treats. It's all about the total experience. Luann B.

I started with Cleaning Pixies for a year. Bob is my "pixie" and does an amazing job. He has done "deep" cleans for me as well as some gardening. Ask and he delivers!

I've been using The Cleaning Pixies for a couple months now and I must say they do a fantastic job cleaning my apartment! I always come home to a nice clean and fresh smelling house that puts me at ease right away! I would recommend this business to any of my friends any day!

I had my first experience with these "pixies" today. They did a move-out service for my wife and I, and did a fantastic job. From start to end, the entire experience was a pleasant one. Our closing date for our new house got moved up unexpectedly, so we were able to turn this home over to the new owners a lot sooner than expected, which meant I needed this cleaning done right away. I called the pixies over the weekend, hoping to get in some time this week. I was pleasantly surprised when the girl on the phone said they had today available (the day of my choice, no less.) A team of four champions blew through our house today, cleaning and scrubbing the whole while, not missing a thing. I was amazed at what they were able to accomplish within the four hours it took them to achieve this level of cleaning. My wife was particularly thrilled at the steak free window cleaning we received (of course, after it was all over it started raining- go figure...) I was blown away by how nice our hardwood floors came out, as old as they are. They polished up way better than I thought they would! Kudos to the pixies for exceeding my (our) expectations! We will definitely be using this service again.

Very unprofessional job today. I hired The Cleaning Pixies to clean my windows; 3 people were to start @ 9am. The first person arrives, a trainee that doesn't know how to clean windows. She's carrying a bottle of Windex & a roll of paper towels. The "experienced" person shows up 45 minutes late (no one even called me with an excuse) and the third person just doesn't show up at all. By phone, someone tells the trainee to get started So, I show her how the windows work, get her proper cleaning solution & tell her how to clean a window. She does two windows, leaving them covered in dust from the paper towels & badly streaked. When the "experienced" guy shows up, he also has a bottle of Windex & roll of paper towels. I told him that I didn't need their service as they obviously didn't have a clue how to run a professional business or clean windows properly. You can't clean a house full of windows (about 28) with triple track storms with paper towels & Windex.



I never heard a word from anyone at The Cleaning Pixies. I figured the owner or manager would call me to apologize and find out just what the problem was; maybe even try to rectify the situation but not even a phone call. Very unprofessional & disappointing. You certainly don't live up to your commercial or the phone pitch.

There I was, in the middle of moving out of my old apartment ,and into a new one, when I realized that there was no way I could leave with the place looking like this! I thought I kept my home clean, until I moved everything out and discovered all of the hidden :treasures" underneath and behind everything. What was I do? No way was I tackling this mess. The mere thought of it gave me tummy ache! And then it appeared, like magic, in the midst of carrying out boxes...a radio commercial for the cleaning pixies played on the Edge. Ok, I thought, let's give it a shot. I called, explained what I needed done, and then braced myself for what I thought was going to be an astronomical price. But, to my delight, it was amazingly reasonable! For less than $100 they sent me a team of two (very polite and pleasant-looking) pixies, who cleaned my "dirty" old apartment from top to bottom. At the time of service, I realized how gunky the inside of my fridge and oven were, so I added them on to be cleaned, too, which was only an additional $10 each. Well worth it!! I'm really happy with how the cleaning turned out (yesterday.) Oh, they even cleaned out the inside of my cupboards and drawers. It's like I never existed here! I know I won't have any issues with getting my security deposit back from my landlord now. Thank you, pixies!

Reading all of these wonderful reviews affirms my opinion of this company. I have had two services, so far, but I am signed up for bi-weekly cleanings. I started with a deep cleaning, which blew my mind, and had my second cleaning this morning. My pixie, Kristie, is great. She's extremely thorough and attentive. ( I also love their shirts with the cute little pixie logo!) They seem to have an outstanding reputation. I truly believe I have finally picked a winner!

I have been using this service for about 4 years. I love them. I use them on a weekly basis. They always show up on time and when I need to cancel, I never have any issues. They are happy to reschedule me for another day in the week. (Their customer service is fabtastic!)

As far as the service itself goes, the quality is unreal! I also love their products (they smell terrific!) I could go on and on and on, but really the best way to find out about this place is to try them yourself. Ask for Alex. She's my pixie, and she's great!!

One of the things I love the most about this service that they go anywhere! I live in Springville, my brother lives in Niagara Falls, my cousin lives in Cheektowaga, and we are all regular clients of the Cleaning Pixies. I first heard about them through my brother, who has been a loyal customer for over 4 years. I came on board about 3 years ago and then my cousin just this past year. I think I speak for all of us when I say that we are very pleased with the level of service that is provided to us on a weekly basis. True, I haven't tried any other cleaning companies, but I really don't see how anything could be improved anywhere else. The quality of work done on our home each week is stupendous, and our girls are great! The office staff is very friendly and I have even had the pleasure of chatting with their CEO once while out shopping. I recognized her from her commerical and stopped her to thank her for my "pixies." Without them, we truly would be lost. Thanks, Gals!

I use the pixies on a regular basis. (About 2.5 years)The quality is consistantly stellar, and they are always on time. I have referred the pixies to friends and family, and will continue to do so.

I have used the Cleaning Pixies' service twice now. Once, to do a move-out service on my apartment, after purchasing my new home, and once a year later (yesterday) to do a deep cleaning. Both times they blew my mind!



My wife and I have three kids and 3 dogs, so it's a real pain trying to keep this place clean, let alone the apartment we left behind. We hadn't realized how messy we were until that place was empty. We found sticky stuff everywhere ( at the time we had a baby and two toddlers.) The Cleaning Pixies swooped in and cleaned it all up for the new tenants, and luckily we were able to get the majority of our security deposit back. The price they charge for that type of service was extrememly competitive-- way less than what other services in the area wanted. This is one of the reasons we called them back to have them clean our house.



Yesterday, they arrived on time and ready to go. we had a team of three here, one team leader and two other pixies, who worked from 9am until about 4, scrubbing everything in sight.



I was home for the service but my wofe was not. She got here about 30 minutes after they left. I wish I could explain to you what the look I saw on her face was like. She was so happy, she actually started crying. She immediately called the company to thank them and add an extra tip onto our credit card payment. Then, she set me on the task of posting a positive online review! I have to say, I'm more than happy to do it, as we are both firm believers in giving credit where credit is due.

I'm very happy with this company. I had them over for a one-time cleaning; two pixes for 2 hours. I was very impressed with the way they worked: very quick and extrememly efficient. Because this rervice was hourly, I created a prioritized checklist for the gilrs to follow. They had no trouble following it and got everything done within the two hours! I had them clean 2 bathrooms, a living room, family room, 2 bedrooms, a dining room, and my sunroom! Now for the even better part: I had all of this done for only $88!!!! Fantastic. Now if only I can figure out how to get my husband to pay for this once a month....lol

My husband and I were really impressed by this company. It is locally owned and that is evident in the service we received. Leslie and Lori were the team who showed up (right on time), and were very nice and polite. Very impressive. They removed some stains on our shower that we never thought would come out. They were recommended by a friend and I will be recommending them to other friends.

Another terrific job done my cleaning pixies. My two pixies, Lisa and Leslie, are always on time, they look great, and above all, they make my house shine. I'm a busy, single dad, so I don't have time to clean, let-alone pick up after myself or my kids. For this reason, I chose to go with their "hourly" services, every other week. The girls are at my direction, for whatever I need, for 3 hours. I should also mention that I live in Chautauqua county. I think it's pretty great that they travel outside of their area. (They do impose a 3 hour minimum for that reason, but that's ok. I understand that it has to be worth their while to drive out this far, and, belieive me, I keep them busy!) If I'm not home for my services (which is most of the time), I leave the girls a list of what I'd like done, and they do it! I've never had a problem with anything not being completed within the three-hour time frame, so that keeps me pretty happy too.

All in all, this is really nice company to deal with. Five stars all the way.

I've used this service on and off for a few years now. I'm pretty good about maintaining my own home, but there are times when I get overwhelmed, particuliarly when I'm about to entertain guests, and that's when I call the pixies for some help. I've had their hourly services on several occasions, and my last service was a deep cleaning on Christmas Eve. I've never had any complaints, which is very surprising to me because I am very picky! The deep cleaning was spectacular, actually... (If you're looking, ask for Lisa and John. They were great!) To sum it up, I'd say to anyone wanting a quality maid service to look no further. This service has never let me down.

Love the pixies. I have them over once a week. I'm a bachelor, and a college student, so I'm always on-the-go. If I didn't have my pixie gals taking care of my apartment I wouldn't be able to move in here. (I'm one of those guys that comes home and tosses his stuff everywhere but where it actually belongs.) I don't know where I'd be without the cleaning pixies. Thanks for finding them for me, mom, lol!
