Abby’s recent response to me this weekend to my previous review warrants yet another response. Abby and Team VW of Hayward are absolutely pieces of work and extremely unprofessional. Abby and Team VW of Hayward are the most condescending, patronizing and sarcastic group of people that I have ever met and/or dealt with. Abby and Team VW of Hayward cannot handle the truth and do not know the meaning of truth. Abby and Team VW of Hayward are in fact trying to hide something and the dishonesty that resonates at that dealership is overwhelming and is evident that such behavior and dishonest business practice is the standard operating procedure of that dealership. All of the negative comments that I have stated are factual and Abby’s continual denial and attempt to paint a picture that is non-existent just solidifies and validates everything that has and continues to be stated about Abby and Team VW of Hayward.

I would not recommend anyone buying or leasing a vehicle at Team VW Hayward. This dealership is the most unethical, deceiving, lying, untrustworthy, rude and sarcastic group of people there is in the car industry. If there was ever a typical stereotype of a car dealership and the bad reputation of the same, Team VW Hayward is the ultimate in such a stereotype. There are plenty of other VW and car dealerships in the area that anyone would be much better served.

I dealt with Norma and left sitting around for long periods wasting time, not to mention they showed me a dirty SUV. I had a pre approval and went there explaining I did not want my credit ran again and wanted to use my deal only. I was told by Norma this was ok and they needed stubs and then i could sign paperwork. Left sitting so long I had to go and was told i could come tomorrow and sign the documents. The next day they never called and said they did, then told me they had another buyer but if i get there soon it was first come first serve. I showed up told her i was buy the insurance, she walked off saying ok and disappeared. When the insurance needed the vin i was told the car was not there and Norma was gone on a test drive. The longest test drive i ever seen, I left and then was told they were trying to find me another deal. I was pissed I told the liars to not run my credit again. While most of the staff just sits around. Stay Away

The recommendations I received to come here to buy a new car were extremely nice. My friends and family all came here so I had to check it out for myself and they were not lying they got me into a brand new Jetta for a great deal.. Thank you to the team here at Volkswagen.

I received an excellent quote by email. The quote was $1000 less than any quotes I got from other VW dealerships. I drove from San Francisco to Hayward to buy the car, and it was worth the trip through East Bay traffic. The sales staff are very courteous. They used no sleazy sales tricks and went out of their way to set up excellent finance arrangements with VW Credit. There was no need for laborious haggling. I had done my research, and I knew the price and finance rate were more than fair. I was even allowed to use a $150 off coupon (which I forgot to bring with me) in addition to the already quoted deal. I ve never had a better experience with an auto dealership.

I got the car a wanted and I am happy with the buy. Great service and awesome place.

I came in about two weeks ago to get my Jetta serviced. I saw the original salesman (I forgot his name) but he remembered us and greeted us. He was super helpful and even talked to us for a while and offered us refreshments. I am big on customer service and I thought that was just great that he remembered us and even hung out with us for a bit. Excellent customer service!

I recently purchased a 2005 Jetta from them and had a great experience. I worked with Jay, Sasha, and Sammi. All of them were knowledgeable, helpful, and polite.

The other day we had a problem with the check engine light coming on. Cause was some bad fuel I put in from our leftover Jet ski gas tanks...my bad. We brought it in first thing in the morning and by early afternoon I got the call that the car was ready.
