Tony was very helpful, knowledgeable, and competent. We were greeted with a smile and his great attitude carried through the whole visit until our service was complete.

Never in my entire life have I experienced such a rude and incompetent staff. Carlos, who claims to own the place (although I doubt he does) has a foul mouth and will curse at you for questioning sales numbers. Daniel, who is a sales manager, will insult you (in front of your wife). They will promise you things from afar, then refuse to deliver on them when you actually walk in to their store. They will without a doubt dramatically undervalue your trade compared to KBB and NADA. One can expect "interesting" sales tactics from a car dealership. But never should a customer be treated the way I was. Do your self a favor: run. Run far far away, to another Hyundai dealership in the metro area. You'll thank me later.

I absolutely detest the car buying experience. However, primarily because of Igor Krezo, I believe he was the difference in turning what I thought was going to be awful, into a much less stressful time for me. He is a true asset to your team, and I expect he will continue to be very successful in his dealings with consumers.

Dealing with Amanda first over the internet was a very easy experience then finalizing the lease in the showroom with Ryan could not have been easier I would highly recommend dealing with these employees.

Came in for a test drive in the morning, was upfront with the salesman that I wasn't making a decision without my wife and didn't feel pressured by the salesman. His manager came over and pressed me to buy without talking to my wife, but gave up after a few minutes. Aside from that, the transaction went smoothly. Came back later in the day with my wife, we both liked the car and were prepared to purchase but decided that the lease option was a better deal for us at the time.

This was by far the best experience I had at Hyundai. Warren definitely knows how to represent Hyundai in the best way. I'd definitely return for future purchases just to work with him.
