excellent,Art was greeting us at the door,showing us the car we want,best of over all.

This is my second Hyundai.mi never feel pressured to purchase and Bob from vehicle exchange was patient as we found the right car for me.

We came in to see Chuck Harvey, having spoken with him in the past. We were interested in hybrid vehicles and he was very knowledgeable and helpful.He and the rest of the staff did an excellent job.We started in the morning and left with a new hybrid Sonata that evening.

Bennie who handles our servicing has been consistently excellent in providing info and service to us from day 1. Tony who also was the service dept. driver and now works in the service dept. is also excellent in providing great service.

After all was said and done we were satisfied with the dealings and subsequent car purchase. The only issue was leaving several messages for finance to return our call regarding a question we have, only not to receive such. Even with understanding that it was Memorial Day weekend, there should always be some time set aside to return customers calls if not that day at least by the next business day, which did not happen.

Brian asked me to post a review about my experience coming down. It was unfortunate that I was unable to purchase a vehicle but everyone was real nice. They did not draw out the process and were very kind about helping me. When I save up some money I will for sure be buying from Henderson Hyundai

came in to have New Hyundai Elantra washed and talked to salesman and got a pre owned Tuscon. Experience was good, just seemed to take longer than when I bought my elantra. Bought 2 cars in a 2 month span. Like your dealership.

We were greeted right away, and on being asked,told the gentleman that we were there to see Josephine Gentry. He immediately tried to contact JG and she was with us within five minutes as she taking care of another customer. While we were waiting one of the associates asked if she could help us but we declined and stated that we would wait for Josephine

I had a 7:15 appointment drop the car off at 7:00. Bennie Pacheco was my service rep. He said the car would be ready in an hour. It was ready on time and another excellent experience. Your service department and Bennie are great.

I brought my Accent in for service and ended up leaving the owner of a brand new Elantra. Gary, the sales person was amazing and working with me to ensure I was getting a deal I could afford.
