The overall experience was excellent. We have come back to Mercedes after some time with Lexus and other brands. In addition, the Costco Auto plan interface was seamless. Butch did great job meeting our specific requirements. Mark Hatting was superlative!! His thoroughness and kindly manner was fantastic. Jason is a great salesman. His demeanor is perfect. I had not intended to purchase any additional coverage but after reflection I will contact Jason today and sign up for a couple of coverages. Best Regards

An enjoyable experience! Ray Jimenez was very knowledgeable and gave exceptional Customer Service. Overall, every person we came into contact with went above and beyond to be sure we were happy with our purchase and made sure to make us feel that we were their #1 priority. I have been in Customer Service for more years than I care to mention and buying cars for just as long and I have to say this was by far the best car buying experience ever!

My last car was a BMW and I loved it. last month I went with a friend to California and we took his car. He owned a Benz. The ride was so smooth and relaxing. There was absolutely no road noise and the car practically drives itself. The gas was even better than mine and took less to fill it up. I just knew I had to get myself one of these cars. When we returned from our trip I went down to Henderson Benz and took home a brand new Benz. Im so happy with my new purchase and wouldn’t change it for anything.

Brand new Mercedes, I waited 1...

Brand new Mercedes, I waited 10 plus years. I was very pleased with there online site. I looked at there entire stock and found the one I wanted. I called set up an appointment and that was all it took. I took it for a drive signed the lease papers and I was gone. I enjoyed it all weekend. I am so pleased I had to take the time to send kudos to MB. Thank you so much for getting me the car I wanted with no hassle.

This dealership went above and beyond expectation with price and fairness thru my trade price. I skipped the trade in, but purchased the vehicle. Rich Woodford delivered it to me all the way to california personally and took the time to explain the Sprinter throughly . My next car will be purchased from him as well. My experience at Mercedes Benz of Henderson has been the best. It seems that each member of your staff was selected and trained to meet goals in excellence of customer service. I appreciate the staff from management , my sales consultant , service down to the young woman who cares for the ladies restroom. The car I purchased is my first Mercedes Benz and I truly love driving this car and hope I will always be able to drive a Benz in the future. Thank you and I have already recommended your store to strangers and friends. I live in Summerlin so Fletcher Jones is more convenient , however I choose M B of Henderson.

This is our second time purchasing a car from your dealership and both times the experience was pleasant. Bill, head of your repair shop, told us about a possible car that we might be interested in. He was right on the mark and has been instrumental in both our purchases, bless his heart. All the staff were helpful and Mel (I can't remember his last name) along with Willie were very personable, helpful and informative. The last few cars I have had were, as you would say everyday divers. Over the last year I have set a goal for myself to get an upgrade. It was time to start my search and get myself the car I wanted. The car I wanted was a C class Benz. When looking around I came to find out it was harder to find the exact luxury car I wanted with the options I wanted. I stopped by Benz of Henderson. They were so helpful and accommodating, we were able to make a deal on a brand new C class in the perfect color. I couldn’t of been any happier and im really glad I reached my goal at Mercedes Benz of Henderson.

This car buying experience was without a doubt the best one I've had in 40 years of driving and owning vehicles!! Better than Carmax. Better than buying a car from a private individual. Ray Jimenez and Pete Moneo are absolutely at the "top of their game";! I came in to by a used Toyota RAV4 Sport I had seen on the Internet (Ray's specialty at MBofH); I steeled myself up for lengthy delays, run-arounds, bait & switch sales tactics; confusing counter-offers by management, etc...you name it, I've seen it all before, and I expected the same this time...Nope! Nothing even close. Ray was the consumate professional and made the buying experience actually pleasurable from the test drive all the way through handing me the keys as I drove off the lot with my purchase. He was beyond helpful...it was VERY clear his motto is something like: "I will treat the Customer with respect and the rest will happen as it will." Despite lots of other things going on in the dealership, I always felt Ray was totally focused on what I was looking for. Since I was interested in a Toyota in a Benz dealership, I wondered if I'd be hustled along or ignored. Didn't happen. Although Ray didn't know every answer to every Toyota question I asked, he made a legitimate try to find an answer to everything I was concerned about. He did not waste my time nor try to go in directions I didn't need or want; his bearing, manner, reserved enthusiasm, his personal touch, and his obvious pride at working at MBofH were noticeable and noteworthy. Pete did an equally awesome job walking me through the financing and warranty options; he was never pushy, never faltered, seemed to sense what I was looking for before I did -- a truly talented Finance Manager. He even impressed my wife who is an accountant and does nearly all of our family finances! Bottomline: Ray Jimenez and Pete Moneo are the two guys you ought to be calling if you need a car - any car - in the Vegas Valley. Best if it's a Mercedes but somehow I get the feeling that if you were looking for a John Deere 2500 diesel tractor with a 4-row farrower on the back, they'd find one and get you in front of it! I WILL be buying another vehicle from these guys!!! Well done!

I have driven MB for over 15 y...

I have driven MB for over 15 years and have bought from dealers all over US. I can truly say that this dealership is the best of the best. The no hassle or haggle is what I really appreciate. The quality of service is great. The entire process took about 15 minute and I was driving off. The management group is the best in the business. Ray Burke is one of the greatest GM I have ever done business with. The new GM Jim is awesome and a very friendly guy and making customers loyal is top priority. KEEP UP THE AWESOME JOB MB HENDERSON. I HAVE BOUGHT 2 MB this year and each experience has been great. They also wash your car for you everyday if you like which is big in the desert.

Can I begin with the fact that I wasn't bombarded when I pulled up. Then having a sincere person ask me why I was visiting today was nice. I was not sure if I was going to be purchasing today or not and Mike the salesman made it known that he was there to help with whatever I needed. I am pleased with him and the car I ended up getting. Did I mention they gave me more then kelly blue book for my old Mercedes.

Worst service ever!!!

I have owned a few different Mercedes throughout the years and have never experienced such poor service!!! You probably will be getting better service going to a Hyundai dealership and I actully have. The techs here have no clue what they are talking about, they recommend parts to be replaced that don't need to be replaced. They "diagnose" problems that don't exist and are no help! I always go to Fletcher Jones and for some reason I thought I should give this dealership a try. BIG MISTAKE!!! Although they are owned by the same owner something went wrong in the hiring process at this dealership. If you don't want to waste your time and money, then I would stay away from Henderson Mercedes!! At least their service deptartment I haven't had any experiance with their sales deptarment and after the experiance I had with their service deptartment I wouldn't want to!

I have dealt with several mercedes benz dealerships over the past 18 years & have never seen such a dishonest service department as Mercedes benz of henderson. They will overcharge you for all kinds of unnecessary fees & attempt to replace parts that do not need to be replace in the first place. Do yourself & your wallet a favor and stay away from this place. You will be very glad that you did!!

Do not purchase or service your car from this dealership. It seems that all of the employees were brought over from Dealin Tom's Used Car Lot. Very dishonest, lazy service. Purchased a $140k vehicle there and it has been in for service more times than my 5 year old Maserati and Range Rover combined! It is not the cars fault, it is the lazy ignorant service people who don't have a clue how to fix it and just want to appease you until you finally go away. This is the last time I buy a car from these morons. Treat your customers with respect, if we can afford such fine automobiles treat us like we at least have a HS education. These guys ought to go back under the rock they crawled out of.

Service Writer Extortion

I took my wife's ML in for an oil change $99, Mike told me I would have to pay $399 for the "B" service or they would not turn the oil service light off, the light was not on, but I felt he was trying to blackmail me and I asked for my vehicle back, this took about 10 mins, and they had the vehicle in the service bay.

I discovered they had removed my cover for the oil cap and returned to ask for it, he acted as if he was doing me a favor. The worst customer service I have ever seen from a mercedes dealer.

Service Writer Extortion

I brought in the wife's ML for an oil change in March 2010, the service writer tells me "unless I have the "B" service for $399.00 they will not turn off the oil service light", which was not even on.

I said "The oil change is $99.00, but your telling me I have to pay for the "B" service if I want the light turned off?", he said "yes".

This is extortion, blackmail, etc..very cheap tactic. To make matters worse the service guys had already removed my oil cap lid, and when I discovered this and returned to get it back, he acted as if he was doing me a favor.



i was using the local service center before it moved to this dealership, but now, never..back to the long drive to Long Beach where the family still goes.
