Adriana called me for my renewal with Infinity, my policy decreased $20 which she let me know of, i added with her autopay she called infinity with my information for that, she then attached in my email my new ID cards. Great agency, i used to have univista, but i was reffered here.

Adriana called me for my renewal with UAIG, she helped me choose the best payment method for me and also notified me of my payment dates. She was very kind and helpful, i wish for her to help me everytime id call.

I usually call every month to make my payments with Adriana at her extension because she is so pleasant to speak with , and very quick she automatically sends me my receipt through email and never fails to ask me if i need anything else! great customer service

called florida one insurance agency to pay my policy, I spoke with the young lady Adriana she offered me to get automatic payments because I mentioned I was tired of calling every month and sometimes even forgot to pay, she set me through email my receipt and an auto pay form, she was really helpful

Adriana called me for my renewal on Tuesday, I had told her to call me back Friday for the payment because I was at work. She offered to pay in full, since my last term was paid in full, she also added how if I chose to, I get a discount and save money, she took my renewal payment with Progressive then sent me a receipt by fax as well as my ID cards, really polite girl my buddy Ramon has some good employees , best insurance agency they can save you $!

Spoke with a young lady named Adriana on the phone this morning about my upcoming renewal, she was super helpful and also told me they offer life insurance which i told her i will call her later on regarding that, Adriana added roadside assistance to my policy because i asked if it brought it, but it didn't. Great customer service!
