They took really great care of my child. I was terrified at first, but the compassion and empathy the staff showed was paramount.

I had a light sedation. I was scared I would feel a lot of pain but I did not even know when they were done! Everyone was so nice! Sarah made me feel comfortable.

Let me tell you a story. A person walks into this facility looking to get wisdom teeth out causing them extreme pain. Start with a consultation. You sit in a chair for ten minutes to wait for the Doctor to come talk to you. He walks in shakes your hand says we are taking them out and leaves. You go check out and are charged $140 for a handshake. You come on surgery day to be charged an obscene amount of money for a procedure. They take you back to prep for surgery and JUST LEAVE YOU IN THE ROOM for an hour hooked into an IV and in an uncomfortable position for no reason that was expressed. "I'll be right back". The Doctor eventually comes in and rushes you the second the door closes. Makes you feel like an inconvenience to them when you are paying their bills. You wake up with a nurse on her phone just waiting to discharge you. Nobody listens to you or tries to see if you are okay. The discharge instructions are given quickly and you are rushed out the door. You have pain for a week because you weren't clearly explained how to take care of your mouth post-op, so you come in early in the morning just to have your mouth irrigated and talked down to like you are an idiot. Not to mention they stab the hole in your mouth that hurts. Still not caring that they caused you pain. Just so they can move to another patient. I am a business person. I understand you are working to get paid, but if you are going to take a job that gives you patients, you need to learn bed side manner. Period. Treat your patients like they matter and are an individual and not a number on your checklist to pay your salary. I would NEVER recommend this surgeon to anyone. If you like to be treated like nothing then by all means go ahead, if you value being cared for by a doctor who cares about you, then please find someone else.

Excellent! They all were very informative and communicated everything, and made sure I understood, as well as answered any questions. Would DEFINITELY recommend for oral surgical procedures.

Awesome experience. Everyone was so nice and Thomas was fantastic and got my IV on the first attempt.

I was referred here to have all 4 wisdom teeth extracted. I called to make my appointment on a Thursday afternoon and they had something that same week and on Saturday morning, I got there about 8:30 for a 9:00 appointment and was being wheeled out at 9:35. I did the online paperwork so I gave them my insurance card and sat down 2 minutes later they were taking me back. I expected to be waiting for a little bit but she immediately started getting me ready, a few minutes later there were 2 doctors walking in explained everything to me. The next thing I knew I was waking up with a mouthful of gauze it was over. They didn't leave me alone from the moment I got the xray until she was wheeling me out. I just can't believe how easy this was. I would suggest getting an early appointment and do the online patient forms. I think you get to go in front of the people that are filling out all those papers it's worth it. Thank you guys for the wonderful care I received this morning.

This was the best experience I have every had at a dr, office. Everyone was great, professional and the procedure did not take long at all.

I was referred here and after my treatment, I highly recommend others to come here. Thomas was great and really helped me. Dr Simoncic did a great job and was very professional.

I was really nervous at first. After I met the staff, they assured me I would be fine and I wasn't scared anymore.

I wish I would of gotten a longer nap...was the best nap of my life. It's not like any of the videos online wish I would of done it sooner although I am not in any rush to come back! Vanessa was really nice and caring...did have to wait a while but they worked me in! would recommended Dr.simoncic to anyone.

I was so scared before I had my surgery. All my friends scared me to death! I do not remember anything. I did not even believe that I was done.

The office was very nice...they went above and beyond to make sure that all my teeth were good. Would recommend to anyone...thanks.

Wonderful,very pleasant. I was crying because I was so scared , they nurse that got me setup eased all my fear. After surgery I could not remember anything ! Highly recommend to anyone that needs oral surgery !!

Holy crap! My wisdom teeth are gone and so is my memory! Everyone was nice and made me laugh. Sara was my nurse after and was funny. I could not feel my whole face! Bye bye wisdom teeth. The. Using as good too.

I got my wisdom teeth taken out. I was so scared but everyone was so nice! I did not have any problems and I do not remember falling asleep at all!

I wasn't scared at all everyone made me feel at ease. Thomas did a great job taking care of me after surgery.

All the staff are very helpful and very professional. Procedures were always quick and painless. Only negative I could say is there is a bit of wait time between coming to the room and the surgery .

I got my wisdom teeth out. Claire helped me a lot with the insurance stuff and negotiation of the prices. Sarah helped me calm down a lot and comfortable. I felt a lot better because of it. It was a great homey place. I felt welcome as soon as I walked in. Extremely satisfied with my experience. If I had more teeth to be removed I would come here...but I do not have anymore.

Even though I am sad I had to have all my teeth pulled I am glad I came here!! Everyone was so sweet and made me feel welcome.

I felt the experience was great , it was my first time and the staff was prompt, informative , and very friendly. They answered all my question and I would return.
