Great experience and will recommend him

From the time I walked in the door until I walked out. Every staff member was attentive and respectful. So refreshing and calming to know there are still great people taking care of me. Dr. Glasner is definitely in the top of his field.

Dr Glaser invites you in to the process in a way that instills confidence and leaves you feeling respected.

My new patient check-in process was quick and easy. I did it from my mobile phone. I didn’t have to wait long to be seen. Once seen, the nurse was friendly, and attentive. The doctor came in shortly after and was helpful, and attentive. I felt heard, which is important. The doctor explained the process throughout and answered all my questions. This made me feel very comfortable and safe.

Staff interactions along with their competent Covid protocols made the visit relaxing and welcoming.

Dr Glazer was so confident and a kind doctor. He gave time to answer all my questions and his hands on for a minor surgery was super light- I felt no pain. I recommend him 100% to all whosoever needs him.

I feel very lucky that I met Dr Glaser. He is a great Doctor. The initial diagnosis was not very optimistic and , with the help of Dr Glaser I ended with great results, he saved my right ear.

Dr Glaser is thorough in his exam and discussion but also efficient with his time. While he gets to the point, he does so in a way that is warm and engaging.

My doctor was so thorough that he explained everything to me and what should need to be done ASAP.

Made an appointment with Dr. Glaser for an issue I was having with my voice. After getting scoped we did discovered it was a nerves issue (Left Vocal Cord Paralysis). He was able to diagnose the problem and send me to one of his colleagues for further evaluation and treatment. Hoping to get my voice back soon.

Excelente doctor was very good and understanding .

Filling out the health forms at the beginning is quite a process! The link to fill them out online wasn't obvious in the preliminary emails I received.

Additionally, the clipboards attached to the bathroom keys are impractically large, and it took me a while to figure out that I had to push on the handle to open the bathroom door. It would help to have these instructions given more explicitly.

I loved my audiogram and the explanation of my hearing test results, though. Thank you!

Dr Glaser is very nice and willing to spend time on me

His exam was thorough & he patiently addressed every question I raised. He was kind & focused. The office was well-coordinated as I moved from seeing Dr. Glaser to Dr. Homsany & back to Dr. Glaser, while the staff was clear & friendly.

I had an earache and infection
Dr. Glaser diagnosed it and within 3 days of the medicine prescribed it was better. I would definitely recommend him as he was very thorough

Everyone in the office is polite and friendly at all the times I have visited the office. I only wish a tighter schedule was maintained. I prefer sitting in the car downstairs rather than sitting in the office.
