Called early one evening, they were out the next day with a fair offer. I was very happy with service I received. The customer service was excellent - they are very professional and efficient.

They were fast packers and unloading. Everything looks just fine so far. Still unwrapping a few things. I’d definitely use them again.

I can say that I was surprised and completely satisfied. Communication prior to the job was prompt and all questions answered. We agreed to 2-3 hours. The guys said they would get it done in two. The finished and they charged me only for the two hours. All was fast clean and competent. Thank you for doing the sweating for me. No sweat with these helping hands.

They showed up on time, understood what needed to be done and got right to it. They were careful, courteous, respectful and efficient. Everything was moved from the upstairs without bumping furniture into walls - true professionals.

These guys were amazing! The estimator called me back immediately, quoted a fair price and sent two great guys to move my mom. It was a long day and there wasn’t moment that they didn’t treat my mom with kindness and respect even when she had them move one item three times!

When we got the call from AAA moving group we were really skeptical because we have dealt with sketchy moving companies before that failed to show up, or if they did show up they would show up with damaged items and jack the price way up (not the agreed on amount) but me and my husband didn’t have much of a choice because we needed our stuff out of our place ASAP, so we took the chance with AAA Moving Group and we are really really happy with their service. Everything was picked up on time and the carriers were super friendly and hard working, they got our items to our new home in El Paso Texas in 10 days as promised and even brought our furniture in and set up up our new house for us! We just told them what to do and they did it, of course we tipped them generously for helping out so much and most importantly all of our stuff was still intact!! (It’s a miracle!!) I would absolutely recommend anybody who’s dealing with a super stressful move to go with AAA Moving Group to help because they were great!

AAA Moving Group ticked all of my checkboxes. They did really well. Communication was smooth, and they packed all my stuff without any issues. No breakages or missing items. They handled them all with great care. I can’t wish for a better mover!

AAA Moving Group has moved me 3 times in the last few years and each and every time they have been punctual, very careful with my belongings, and very dependable. What worked best for me is the flexibility that the Sales Consultant demonstrated. Meaning, I did need to change the number of items being moved and he worked with me adjusting the price accordingly. They are really great!
