I have love getting my oil change at a location of firestone, wheater it has been in AL or MS. They are one of the best places got get you car svc.

i went there to get state inspection. they wanted me to change all 4 tires else they wont do it. i had it done with another shop.

The people do some pretty good work on your vehicle. I'd recommend them to anyone.

siad they changed my oil but the old filter was still on the engine

they charged me $75 to find my car problems...and the only problems they found are the ones I told them of b/c they were obvious. I took my car to a Honda dealership afterwards and they found the major problems with my car. I was not pleased with Firestones service.

I have been here several times and I am always treated so incredibly well. as a female I really appreciate this, and I always recommend the Kirkland Wa store.

My sister came up for my uncle's funeral to Newburgh and needed to front tires. They charged her an outrageous amount and left her engine cap off. When we tried to resolve the problem with them they refused to help.

Pretty good...except they charge you for flat repairs on tires you buy from them if you do not purchase an extended warranty.

My dealings with Firestone has been exceptional, not only do they have tires less expensive than Walmart, sears, and every place else I checked, they also have grantees walmart, sears, and every place else doesn't. On at least one occasion very recently (November 2007) I walked into the lobby without advance notice and told them that I had begun feeling a vibration on my vehicle that I believed might be a tire out of balance and within an hour they had removed the tires and had rebalanced and remounted them after which I was told "no charge," that it was part of the tire guarantee and the real shocker to me was that the tires I had purchased were not top of the line expensive name brand tires which they do in fact have plenty of but were instead the least expensive tire that I could find on the market. I was then, and am still impressed. Based upon the manner in which I was treated as a customer, and my personal experiences with the merchandise they sell and the guarantees which cover their merchandise I would definitely return.

I have done business with Firestone for 4 years now. I take both of my vehicles to them for tire work and general routine. All of their locations are GREAT and the work is solid. Only bad thing is that they are so busy and the wait can take for ever seems. But it is worth the wait.

The people seem nice enough, but they do try to oversell services. Every time I bring in my car for an oil change, they find hundreds of dollars in work that they claim needs to be done. If my car's about to blow up on me, by all means let me know, but if I want a tune-up I'll ask for it.

It seems no matter what I bring my car into their store for it always costs me 450.00. My brakes needed pads..guess what? They wanted 450.00 for it. I got it done for 85.00 at another place. What a ripoff! My brother used to be a mechanic for them but quit because they always wanted him to rip people off. He is honest and wouldn't do it.

The Firestone guys in Ocala, Florida really care about servicing your vehicle right the first time, in the quickest amount of time and at the right price. I have purchased tires, had my oil changed, and my power window replaced over the past 2 years and they were the ones who had the best price in the area. They also know all of their regular customers by name and are one of the busiest places in town because they are the best at what they do.

Reasonable oil changes with coupon, but they always try to sell you additional services...always.

Whenever I have my car serviced at Firestone in Tucker, Ga I feel they do a great job in taking care of my car. They are always friendly and very helpful with answering my questions and concerns.

Hidden costs, terse treatment. In our experiences, it was cheaper to simply go to the dealership.

Highly not recommended. Went in for an oil job. The cashier had said it would take 30-45 mins. After waiting 45 mins, I decided to check on my car. Turns out, they hadn't even started work on it! So I had to tell them that I've been waiting forever and they needed to hurry up. My sister had gone in to have her breaks done that same day. They didn't start on her car till well over an hour. We waited for two hours for her car. So when we finally inquired about her car, they told us that they couldn't start anything because the lock on the tires was broken...They had just left the car there and didn't even mention that they couldn't start work on it! So we waited for 2 hours with them not starting the job! I will never go there again!
