Provided by YP.comI got Allied Home Warranty as part of the closing of the house from the seller. Within 2 months of moving into the house, we had the A/C unit problem. When I called Allied Home Warranty’s service they sent their technician immediately on my request. The evaporation coil in the A/C was to be fixed due to leakage. The technician provided immediate repair and I got much needed relief from the Texas heat. I just had to pay a small amount from my pocket and the rest was deducted from the insurance for the evaporation coil repair from Allied. With Allied Home Warranty service you will never need any second opinion. Allied Home Warranty is really worth and I would recommend all to go with their warranty plans.

Provided by YPmobileDon't waste your money on an Allied Surge Protection Warranty with this company. They do not base compensation for damaged equipment based on facts, like your original purchase price or replacement value. They base compensation based on the cheapest similar product they can find on the market. Case in point, my Panasonic 42" Plasma 1080P THX Certified TV was damaged by a surge. They compensated me based on a Zenith 42" Plasma 720P TV which was priced at about a 3rd of the replacement value of my original TV. They also did a similar compensation on my Home Theatre system which was damaged by the same surge. I got about half the replacement value of my Yamaha Receiver because they based compensation on a low end Sony Receiver. Note: Both of my damaged Audio/Video equipment is still available at below MSRP, But Allied Home Warranty refused to use my Brand and Models for consideration in compensation on my $2,000 Electric Surge Protection Plan.
