These guys are great, my pro Trevor Hicks went the extra mile for me with a very hidden and hard to reach wasp nest. It's nice to have the back door open again with this cooler weather.

C Paras tech did a great job today! He is from location at 11727 S Sam Houston Pkwy W, 77031 but it was not on the list to choose from.

Victoria Brown was very courteous and professional. She addressed all of my concerns and issues thoroughly. She was very friendly and had a fantastic attitude. I received great service from her.

Michael B***d came a few days earlier in the rain. I asked to reschedule and he was so polite - even after driving all the way across town for my scheduled service. He was equally friendly & professional on the return trip to complete my service. Michael has a great attitude.

Micklela Wiley did a great job in understanding our needs and took great care of all the ants in my backyard and also performed service inside on my request.

Welinton was very polite and professional. He did a thorough job throughout the house, in the yard and garage. Time will tell if he was effective. We had only just started service with Alterra when we had to go away for a month. Upon our return we were very disappointed to find an ants nest in our driveway, numerous cobwebs above our front door, muddobber nests on our patio and a cockroach in the kitchen. We had just moved in before we went away so the house had been deep cleaned just 2 weeks before we left. The person who showed up the first time refused to spray inside the house nor would he do the garage which was almost empty at the time. Very disappointing. I was seriously considering cancelling the contract but will give Alterra another chance based upon Weliton's performance today. Royce S, Cypress
