Your Service Pro Deontae B. was so courteous and helpful. We have used Alterra for almost a year. The natural products are great. Deontae discovered a new ant bed after completing his regular servicing. He went the extra mile and went back to his truck for the necessary supplies and treated the bed before he left. Kuddos to Deontae.

Had a great visit from Alterra on 1/4. The service person Colby B. was courteous and efficient (and on-time!). He even cleaned the cobwebs around the front door so he could better treat for bugs - never had THAT happen before. Great job.

......Billy Davis of Altera Pest Control came out for our quarterly treatment today and did an outstanding job in asking us about any specific issues or problems we may be having. He was thorough and then completely yet concisely explained everything he did. He was careful not to treat around edible and fruit bearing plants.

Colby Boohr was the service pro who did the pest control treatment at my house. He is very professional and had explained every single details to me. His service is great and impressive. I would like to have him back to do the service.

The Service Pro that came out to the house today was Joey Gary. He was thorough, professional,and very helpful. He explained what he did and provided additional assistance when we told him about recent pest issues that we have encountered in our home. We hope to have him service our home again.
