This was our first time using Alterra. The service rep was very courteous and thoroughly explained the product and services. Our Service Pro was Joey Gary. He was very polite and worked very efficiently. He went above and beyond, letting us know about certain trouble areas to be aware and potential problems. Would definitely recommend!

This was our first time using Alterra pest services - the service representative was very courteous and explained in detail all their services and answered all our questions before we signed up. Our Service Pro, Kyle, was also very courteous, efficient, and thorough in treating our house and did not hesitate in helping us with our spiderweb problem inside our house.

This was my first time to use Alterra. Joey Gary was my service pro. He showed up on time. He was very courteous & professional, well mannered, took the time to recommend solutions on some of my trouble spots. I would recommend any of my friends or familiy with this company.

We have been using Alterra a year now. They have been great! Our recent service was provided by Chris L. He was very professional, explained what he was doing and made sure that all corners where bugs can hide was spayed. So we can stay bug free.

Had Altera do the first service which was done by Kyle M. He was prompt with his time of arrival and very polite and took his time to do the job. It was not a rush job and then to the next job. It showed he was committed to do the best job possible. Thanks!!

Just switched over to Alterra for pest control and today the service was done by Kyle M. I was completely impressed with how polite he was. He spent much more time than I expected treating the garden and cleaning off cobwebs and wasp remains. I actually think he cares!! Refreshing to get that kind of service.

Joey Gary arrived on time and was exceptionally courteous and professional. He addressed all of my concerns. It was miserably hot outside (over 100 degree heat index) and he was still smiling after treating the exterior of my home!

Ryan Stern and Chris Slaughter were very prompt in arriving at the scheduled time and conducted in a very professional manner. They were very good in their work. All the pests are now gone. Great service and Kudos to Chris and Ryan.

Today was my time using Alterra and I'm so glad I did! Ryan E. and David T. were my service pros and they were so friendly, professional and informative! I felt like they truly cared about my questions and concerns. I will definitely continue to use Alterra! Great service!

We were pleased with our service. Our technicians name was Darryl Turner. He was professional, efficient and courteous. We had a few problem areas that we needed checked out that weren't necessarily routine places in the house such as the attic. He checked these places out, I really appreciated him going the extra mile!!

I had my first service on June 1st and Joey Gary was outstanding. They performed inside and outside pest service. Keep up the great service!
