Ben Carledion arrived on time during a bad rain storm. He was professional and did the inside only because of the rain. He said he would ask the office ti schedule an outside treatment and he did just that.

The entire team from Aptive was responsive, professional, and courteous...from order to delivery. James proactively reached out, provided prompt service, and took the time before and after to explain to me the services provided. Well done.

I had my initial service today and was impressed with how smooth the overall process was. My technician, Kyle Benavidez, was on-time, polite, and professional. He used shoe covers when he entered my home and talked with me about each and every product that would be used in the home and on the property. After all the work was done, he reviewed with me again, explaining exactly what he had done where, and allowed time for questions. I am glad I chose Aptive for my pest control needs and glad Kyle was my service technician today!

Matthew G. serviced my home this week and did an amazing job. He removed every wasp nest, cleaned, serviced, and removed debris from the exterior of our home.

So far, Aptive has assisted in decreasing insect activity in and outside our home and has provided great customer service!

It's our first shot at using Aptive and we are impressed with the lack of pest activity in the house or in the yard. Our technician, Mark J, explained everything - the materials he was going to apply, where they were going, what to expect in the first several days after application and went further in noting some soil issues we were having in the yard.
