Unfortunately our company comes across people such as those listing bad reviews that shop on our trucks and other company's trucks then intentionally DISABLE their LONE STAR CARD that is STEALING it's called Theft of Service. In this case the 2 listings are those type of people. They shopped with our company then cancelled their cards and neglected to call the company to clear their accounts with the new information. Well Bags and Boxes does not tolerate such fraud and theft. We have a system in place with all other trucks to put a stop to this kind of stealing.

Our company does not take anything other

than what's owed each customer signs a disclosure stating the company has the right to deduct any money owed when it comes available.

As well as finger prints. We will be sure to let the other food trucks know to not service these people who steal from them. Including Wingate!!!!!!!

Our company retains professionalism and respect towards all customers as long as they conduct their transactions accurately and with out intentional fraud.

These people are wolves in sheep clothing. I purchased $250 worth of stuff off this company and they took $600 from my kids and I. When I called to see where the mistake happen the man was very rude and hung up on me. Now like some of you who do your research before you purchase something I did with them. I seen where the lady said this guy was rude and hung up on her. But I also seen their website that states their beliefs are to help people and that they are honest and they believe in GOD. As we all know that always win a person over as far as character. But now I know to watch out for people who say they are righteous. It's very clear to me that these people are not right. That's all I will say about that and I would not recommend anyone to purchase from here. I now know a company called Windgate Grocery that is honest and will not deal falsely with you. First of all I'm not the person to slander anyone or company but the truth will set you free. At first I was astonished @this company's customer service, but that changed within three hours! I was scheduled for the same day delivery,the owner confirmed that and gave me the delivery guys number so I could let him knw that I was no longer @work and I could give him the directions to my apter which is hard to find, not only did he not answer my repeated calls he lied and said I cursed him......(so wished I would have curse him) after hearing this the switchboard lady hung up in my face!(wow)I called the owner to tell him he said he dont believe his driver to make up something of that content so They wouldn't want to do buisness with me(but they took my India's a already customer ( and I'm like God dnt like ugly and nothing against me shall Prosper I'm. Not a person who curses but now I'm cursed for not cursing God works in mysterious ways and he was his plan for me to give them my buisness.I pray that Jesus comes knocking and he is fed because I wasn't

The people on the can are VERY nice.. no attitude or TRYING to be hard!! Prices are higher than Randys but food is FRESH.. I live on the northwest side n the drivers for this area are super nice!! I would recommend u use them instead of Randys spoiled Mobile... Good job guys n thx for being patient!!

I don't know what this last person is seeing they must have played the game of deceit with this food truck and got caught. One thing I know is Mr. Cooper is a respectable man and has always helped my family when I needed them. NEVER has any of his trucks been dirty and DEFIANTLY No ROACHES!!!!!!!!!!!!

THIER Meats come straight from the butcher fresh and dont shrink up. The frozen foods are frozen all day not thawed out like Randy's and Top Notch!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Great company I've been with them since 2010 great people and great company.

I ordered food from this company and roaches where every where I never saw this kind of stuff. I have lived in this home for 5years and never had a roach I bought meat and it had roaches in the pack. I called Kevin cooper and he told me he wasn't refunding my money and f**k me

I CALL TODAY TO SEE IF THEY WOULD BE ABLE TO COME OUT AND THE PERSON THET ANSWER THE PHONE WERE NICE AND KIND....OMG RANDY'S FOOD TRUCK NEED TO LEARN FROM THEM....I WANT TO KNOW IF U HAVE ALL THE INFO THEY REQUESTED AND YOUR MONEY DONT HIT UNTIL THE NEXT DAY AFTER THEY COME OUT.WILL THEY STILL GIVE YOU YOUR ITEMS AND TAKE IT OFF WHEN IT DO HIT YOUR CARD?

This company is amazing. Met with the Owner . I am a new customer, coming from Randy's foods. I was thoroughly impressed with this company. I will definately be back next month. TY soooo much for your great service and customer service skills. The fact that the owner answers the business line, and comes to meet the new customers himself is awesome.

THIS COMPANY LURES YOU IN WITH POLITENESS, BUT THEY ARE NOT VERY POLITE. THIS WAS MY FIRST TIME USING THIS COMPANY AND I REGRET IT!!! THEY TOOK MY INFO OVER THE PHONE (MY MISTAKE) THEN TOLD ME THAT THEY DID NOT WANT TO DO BUSINESS WITH ME!!! THE OWNER HAD SAID THE SAME THING AND HUNG UP IN MY FACE!!! I TRIED TO CALL BACK AND MAKE SURE THEY DESTROYED MY INFO AND THEY WOULD NOT ANSWER THE PHONE!!!! I CALLED TOP NOTCH AFTERWARDS AND THEY SHOWED UP WITHIN AN HOUR!!! CALL TOP NOTCH MEAT CO. AT 281-438-8922 TO GET THE NUMBER TO THE DRIVER IN YOUR AREA!!!

Very honest and dependable ..unlike some other companies ..i really liked the service and would recommend them to anybody!! I would surley be callin them again
