The salesman was attentive, but not overbearing. The delivery was quick and efficient, and the same day (of course). The price was comparable to the three other furniture stores that we visited.

Mr. Garza was an amazing sales associate and made our purchasing process very easy. I will definitely be back to buy back from him.

We had a wonderful experience. The knowledge and patience given to us was simply amazing. The staff was very helpful with showing us what we wanted and we didnt feel the pressure most sale people put on you. Extremely positive experience.

Everyone that came in contact with me was wonderful, helpful, listened. I am horrible at arranging things, and they helped with much patience. Seemed to know just what I wanted when they recommended items. I can't explain enough how much this was a great experience with an amazing outcome. Gallery Furniture, has been a household name in Houston, for many years, and has worked to support the community as a whole to this day. I was immediately greeted by a salesman that was understanding about my needs, and worked to help me find the what I needed within a short period of time. I picked up the chair from the main store on I -45, and the warehouse staff were very helpful in delivering my chair.

Sales consultant was helpful, answered our questions, was polite, and made the process easy. We found what we wanted and there was no attempt to persuade us toward another product or sell us things we didn't want or need.

I will give this establishment 3 stars due to me not being satisfied with my overall service. My sells agent Albert was phenomenal. He was professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and made wonderful recommendations without being pushy; which, convinced me to close the sale instead of "coming back" on a later day. Wonderful sales person. However my experience during the payment process was just the opposite. The hispanic gentleman cashier was very aloof. He was not discreet when letting me know the financing amount i was approved for. I expect more professionalism from gallery furniture. He was very short when answering questions and not very customer service friendly. He did not make me feel as welcomed as the other employees.

I'm very pleased with the customer service Juan had with my son and I. He was very knowledgeable and helped us find a bedroom set for my son. Loved the Post Oak location! I will definitely go back for my living room.

We love gallery! John at post oak helped me and my husband find furniture for our entertainment room. He really listen to our needs and exceeded our expectations. We will be back again to furnish our homes in the future.

I bought a dinette set which turned out to be infested with carpenter bees. Customer service at Gellery Furniture is very rude. They claim to have no return policy even for placing infested furniture in a person's home. I wish could post a photo of the bug; I really think I really think you would understand better. Please do not shop here; do not put yourself through what I have been through.

AFTER GOING INTO GALLERY FURNITURE TO PURCHASE A FEW DAYS AGO, I WAS VERY DISAPPOINTED. WHEN WE FIRST WALKED IN MATTRESS MACK WAS AT THE FRONT DESK; TO SEE THE MAN ON TV THAT ALL THE COMMERCIALS RAVED ABOUT MY HUSBAND AND I ALONG WITH OUR 3 KIDS WERE VERY EXCITED! NOT FOR LONG!!!! MACK DIDN'T EVEN LOOK UP AS MY KIDS EXCITING SD THERE GOES MATT. MACK. BUT HE PROCEEDED TO YELL AT THE EMPLOYEES VERY RUDELY " I NEED SOME MORE SALESMEN UP HERE NOW, REFERRING TO THE FRONT DOOR) WE WENT IN AND THE WHOLE TIME, ABOUT 1HR AND A HALF MAYBE, NO SALESMAN OR ANYTHING APPROACHED US BUT NOTICED THEY WERE APPROACHING THE CAUCASIAN, RACES BUT NOT ONE APPROACHED. WE'D HAD ENOUGH AND DECIDED TO LEAVE AND AS WE LEFT ONE NICE HISPANIC LADY OFFERED TO HELP US AND ASKED IS IT ANYTHING OR CAN HELP YOU WITH AND i WENT ON TO TELL HER YES MORE HAPPY EMPLOYEES. SO AS WE BEGAN TO TALK TO HER SHE SD THAT SHE WOULDN'T MIND HER US, BECAUSE SHE KNOW THAT SOME OF THERE ONLY DEAL WITH CERTAIN PEOPLE AND SD THAT SHE WASN'T LIKE THAT! SO THAT CONFIRMED OUR SPECULATION THAT IT WAS A RACIAL CONCERN. MY HUSBAND AND I ARE PREACHERS AND WOULD NEVER ACCUSE ANYONE BUT IT WAS DEF. OBVIOUS! I DONT THINK MY MONEY WOULD BE WELCOMED THERE EITHER!
